Frank is the ultimate professional Home Inspector. Frank is a competent, detail-oriented, hardworking home inspector. He used updated technology to conduct his inspection (a drone as well as infrared technology to identify previous water damage). Frank took the time to suggest small changes in future that I would not have thought of, though these items would have no negative effect on my decision to purchase. Frank’s report is detailed and was delivered on time as promised. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone looking for a home inspector that will be honest and detailed. I would not hesitate to call on Frank for any future inspection I may have. Thanks Frank.

Frank was thorough, knowledgeable, and very nice to deal with! My husband was on-site during the inspection, and Frank pulled him to explain the details of his observations, advised him on preventive measures to avoid potential issues, and addressed all of his questions and concerns. A few months after the initial inspection, we had a question on the level of moisture/humidity in the house, and he came all the way back to give us his recommendation, free of charge. I would definitely be using his services in the future, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to our friends! Worth every penny!

We are very happy and please to get Frank's service. He is very professional and honest. Explained to us thoroughly (as well as in the written report) as he walked throughout the property. Provide recommendations if it needs an immediate fix or can be put-off in a bucket-list. His very passionate on what he does. Appreciate even more when he extended his services by conducting a thorough researched about the type of application the roof is installed. We had a leaked on our roof last summer, and the insurance's hired contractor mentioned incorrect application type is installed to our roof. I mentioned this to Frank and after a thorough inspection put-up a separate report for my insurance. Just a hardworking, detail-oriented and very pleasant to work with. Met the inspector on site. He walked me through everything and explained it thoroughly. High attention to detail and very friendly. Gave me a lot of good suggestions and was careful to differentiate between "fix immediately" and "FYI" type of issues.

Frank inspected my current home and was very thorough in his report. I met him as he was finishing my inspection and he gave me the big worry items up front, walked the property with me showing me areas of concern and was very helpful in giving me non-technical explanations when I needed them. More recently Frank inspected a property which I did not go for based on his observations (faulty electrical wiring and wrongly built basement) and soon after he inspected another property I ended up buying. As other reviewers have pointed out Frank is amazing at catching even the smallest things, patient and even responds to questions weeks after he has submitted his report. Thank you Frank. PS. Frank did a home inspection for my first home and he really made me feel at ease with how thorough and professional he was. We met him at the house just as he was finishing up and he walked us through his observations, explained everything to us in detail, and made insightful suggestions. He answered a lot of the questions we had, which were many. He was very personable as well, making the whole process enjoyable. After the inspection, he sends a very detailed report that includes multiple pictures (with arrows pointing specifically at the problem) of each line item, description of the problem, the rated risk/priority, and suggestions. Buying a home for the first time can be really daunting, but working with Frank gives you a lot of information so that you are walking into the purchase feeling well informed of what you're getting into. Frank inspected a home for me and based on his inspection, I did not purchase the home (thank god). Subsequently about >6 months later I reached out to Frank for a question regarding a different property I purchased (this home came with an inspection). He gave me honest and thoughtful advice and educated me when it was completely unrelated to the inspection he provided me. He is passionate about his work and really does his best to represent you. I would highly recommend and hire him again.
