I called Closets by Design based on their reviews here and was not disappointed. Sara came to measure and design three closets for my father's new apartment, a walk in and two smaller closets. The delivery had a longer lead time than another quote (6 weeks) however the end result was worth the wait. Mardo the installer was meticulous, cleaned up after himself and spent the full day getting it right. I'd hire them again. I will need a couple of extra shelves now that everything is getting filled, and will be calling to get these made. Thank you Sara, Mardo and team.

We just had a closet installed in the master bedroom and service was top notch from start to finish. Sara came over and designed a plan for our needs. Sara is amazing and a great designer with excellent people skills. She was always prompt to respond to my many questions. The installers, Kenneth and Simon, did a wonderful job and did a good clean up after. I would not hesitate to recommend Sara and her team to anyone who requires their services.

Sara (the designer) and Kenneth (the bench installer) were exceptional. Sara was prompt, professional with a strong eye for functionality and design. She came to my home for a site visit for the space and designed my bench asap. Kenneth the installer was also exceptional in ensuring my finished product was fully functional, finished beautifully and he made sure it was done perfectly even though he had to make multiple visits to deliver the quality. Overall I was very happy with the work and quality and highly recommend this company.

Sara and Closets by Design delivered on what I wanted! My TV unit was a custom design and they were able to create it to my specifications. Installation was a breeze. Mardo was super nice, patient and clean.

There are four key principles of good customer service: It's personalized, competent, convenient, and proactive. Sara and her team's execution on these has exceeded my expectations multiple times. Personalized: Sara has that human touch. Her one to one interactions show she cares about what you want from her products. It is this approach that earns her repeat business. Competent: Sara and the installation team have strong knowledge of their products. They are creative and skilled in the making a closet that I enjoy daily. Convenient: Getting in touch with a Sara and those in the office is easy. The are responsive and dont miss on the smallest details. Proactive: I never had to follow up with anyone. They reach out and keep you aware of what is going on. I am not sure what their customer service strategy is but on these four principles, they create a positive, hassle-free customer experience for everyone who deals with your company.

We wanted a wall unit install along the side of our unit. Closets By Design came in and made the whole process smooth and easy. Sara listened to our requirements, came up with 2 designs in 15 minutes and answered all our questions and concerns... We picked one design, confirmed delivery date and agreed on the price (zero tricky fine print) ... these happened all in one afternoon. Sara visited again a week before installation for final measurements. Kenn, the installer, came on time, built the entire wall unit all by himeself in one morning. The fits and craftmanship were amazing. He wiped each shelf and doors clean after installation and he even vacuumed the floor. Best team to work with.

I highly recommend Closets by Design. They were professional, helpful and accommodating from the start of the design to the installation. They accommodated our time line with our new build and the designer (Sarah) kept in touch during the months of the building. The installers worked 2 full days to get 4 full closets completed and again, cannot say enough about the installers - respectful and very efficient.

This company is great , quick service and very good customer service. Our designer Sara was wonderful and helpful from Start to finish. The end result is beautiful and very functional. Thank you very much!
