I hired Maids Matter for a move out cleaning. The company estimated it would take two cleaners two hours each, for $178. During the cleaning they called me to say it would take twice that length of time. I agree to this, but found out later from someone who went by my house that they had actually finished in the original time, even though they were going to charge me double.

Maids Matter is by far the most reliable, friendly and accommodating cleaning service I have found in downtown Toronto. Elizabeth and Robin are always available, promptly answering any questions and accommodating changes in my scheduling. The cleaning team is stellar; reliable, trustworthy, and excellent at their jobs.

We rented an condo in Toronto downtown. We got keys and found out that entire condo was filthy and stinking. We just couldn't occupy or move in. We had 5-6 hours time to get it cleaned. We tried all cleaners but failed to get them for short notice. Finally we called Maid Matter they were so good in handling us. Maid Matter called us multiple times and made us feel comfortable. They sent cleaners in 2 hours. Even they waited for 20-30 mins outside our apartment (due to security mess up). Overall they made sure our condo was cleaned by evening. And by the time we came to our condo, it was clean and smelling good. Such a relief! I seriously recommend them for everyone who asks me for cleaning services. BEST Customer services. I have used Maids Matter for a few years now. They are reliable and extremely trustworthy. Over the years, they have been flexible to occasional schedule changes as well as special requests (such as cleaning refrigerators and ovens). Their cleaning crews are diligent and honest. I have felt comfortable to the point of allowing the cleaning crew to sign out my keys to my condo (and enter my residence) when I am not at home. Occasionally, when there has been shortcoming in the service, management has been responsive in making it up. I especially like their personalized phone call prior to each cleaning appointment. I am extremely happy with the service and I fully expect to keep using them well into the future.

After my last cleaning company went out of business I started looking for a replacement. I gave Maids Matter a call and we did a trial cleaning with the best part being them supplying all their own products. The place was impressively cleaned so they are now my regular service every two weeks.

If you love your home cleaned well, and you don’t have the time to do it yourself, then give Maids Matter a call……that’s what I did 10 years ago! I have been fortunate to find Maids Matter; the team is friendly, trustworthy, reliable and service-oriented. My family never thought that I would be able to find someone who could clean our home well enough to meet my expectations. The team at Maids Matter has generally measured up to my standards, and they have been doing it consistently for the past 10 years. My experience has been that they take immediate action on any feedback which I provided on how to improve their service, or, when I need something done more thoroughly. I have peace-of-mind knowing that I can trust them, and know that they are committed to a high quality of service.

I've used Maids Matter for 3 years, and I trust having them in my home. I always receive reminder emails for my scheduled cleanings, and I have not experienced any missed appointments without notification. I enjoy coming home to a clean place, but there are a few ways in which the service can improve. While everything is always scrubbed down and cleaned, there are times when some of the shelves still have some dust on them, and there's still some dirt in the corners of the floor. Despite that, I would recommend Maids Matter to friends and family. They are a trustworthy business, who does a good job with cleaning.

Maids Matter is a Wonderful family run company. They are so accommodating to my ever changing schedule! Plus they are great with kids and pets. I have recommended them to many friends.

Maids Matter do a wonderful job. As a customer of many years, I can't recommend them highly enough. They are always willing to adjust my appointment when I need to change the date, they never miss a scheduled appointment and they do a fantastic job each and every time they're in my home. Staff are friendly and professional both onsite and on the administration team. Elizabeth and her team always provide excellent service.
