After getting a frantic call from my tenant that there was a leak in the house, I quickly searched for a reputable company that could come help. Thankfully, I got a hold of Roy from Connor and Associates. He was there quick to analyze the issue and give me options to repair my issue. He was always on time, professional, and walked me through each process so I could understand. I would not hesitate to recommend Roy and his team to anyone in need. I will be sure to call them in the future.

I had a water problem in the basement and the whole basement had to be torn up and redone. Roy and his crew did an outstanding job and the basement is fully restored, including new bathroom. I would certainly recommend Conner & Associates without a problem and will use him again to renovate an on suite bathroom.

I used Conner and Associates to help me when my basement flooded (toilet overflowed from sewer). I called them in a panic and they were able to supply the right resources to stop the leak, rip out my basement and redo everything. It looks so much better than it did before!! their response time was amazing and I thank you and your team Roy for a great experience when in complete panic. Thank you

We have had a small, slow leak into the ceiling and wall of our bathroom for over 3 years, that my husband and father were unable to find the source of. They kept thinking they had determined the cause, repaired the damage and then it would recur. Meanwhile I was so worried about the damage this leak was doing to our house and the possibility of mold and the related health issues my family could be exposed to. I decided to reach out to a professional for help and was so glad when I found Roy and his team. Roy was quickly responsive to my request and over the phone and with some pictures I sent via email had new ideas we had not explored of what the source could be. Two of his team members came on site to review and confirm the source and helped us to fix it. They gave us comprehensive advice on how to ensure the area should be dried out and then allowed my husband and father to use their handyman skills to repair the wall and ceiling one last time. Roy also pointed out other issues that could lead to problems, such as how our eavestrough was connected. I would highly recommend Roy and his team to others.

Conner & Associates completed a large main floor project and we are very happy with the outcome. Mr. Conner and his team took the time to discuss each step, answer numerous questions, and came up with suggestions that worked. They provided various design ideas throughout the renovations, which we definitely appreciated. The project did take longer than originally planned for, however it was a tough go at times dealing with supply shortages and only being able to shop online for fixtures, tile, etc. due to Covid. The delay was understandable and we waded through it with the team’s help. Their experience in the industry shines through and we are grateful to have the “old” out and the “new” in, all done with the professionalism and skill from Conner & Associates. We have hired this company before and will not hesitate to do so again. Thanks for the great work and going above and beyond!

Conner and Associates has been our go to contractor for many years for small and large projects around our home. We have had Conner and Associate to our home a couple of times over the past few years for various renovations. Mr. Conner is very professional and personal at the same time, he brings a wealth of knowledge with ideas as well as solutions/design ideas. He was hands on and overseen the people working on our home, Workmanship was great and completed in a timely manner. My wife and I are very pleased and will not hesitate to call this company again !

Conner and Associates did an awesome job on our kitchen reno. They provided professional service and their team was very knowledgable. They answered all our questions and made recommendations on the project. Thier quote was bang on with no added fees or charges. The reno completed on time and looks great.
