They came within a couple days they were very courteous clean and very quick when they left there was no mess left behind I would recommend them in a heartbeat

Issue with slow kitchen drain and garburator stopped working. It was easy to arrange a service call and Daniel arrived promptly at the arranged time. Daniel was personable and professional. He answered all questions and after examining the area clearly explained the work that may need to be done. Only the work that was necessary was done - in the end replacement and installation of a new garburator was all that was required to resolve the issue (no additional pipe work or clearing). Very satisfied with the work and service, would call again for any future plumbing issues.

Prestine plumbing did an excellent job. Not only did they clean my drain tiles, they located the problem of why they were not draining properly. As such, the uncovered 2 sumps that I did not know about and fixed a broken pump. They went above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience.

We were in the middle of a bathroom update and the building it a little older. Of course once we got the standalone sink in the drain didn't line up. Daniel came through and got us sorted out right quick! Now our bathroom is complete! I would highly recommend Pristine and we use them for our plumbing in all our rentals at Vancouver Rent-it

Pristine Plumbers repaired two hose pipes outside and installed a new shutoff valve to be used seasonally. Daniel also replaced pipes under the kitchen sink and 'snaked' everything for better flow. He explained in detail every aspect of the work he was doing which I really appreciated.

Pristine are amazing, I called yesterday afternoon (Thursday) and Daniel was able to come Friday morning. Very courteous and professional. He did such a good job, I’ve got him coming back to change the stopper in the other sink so they match. Will definitely use them again if anything comes up
