Reply created 10 Jan 2024DJ & AK were an amazing but dangerously (in a good way) adventurous clients. They wanted an open concept, which meant all the load bearing walls removed. They also wanted the Kitchen and Bathrooms upgraded! They trusted that with our Architectural background and experience with renovations we would know what to do. Glad to report that we delivered on point working within approved industry and professional standards and without compromising the structural integrity of their house. In the end, their daring decision brought out the best in us. Great clients to work with anytime!
Reply created 26 Sep 2023Very kind and hospitable clients. Treated all our staff like family, providing even lunch. We felt like working forever on their project. Very important to note is the fact that they were very understanding when there was some delays from the city and when there was delays from the weather. I recommend the couple to any contractor especially if love a very understanding and caring client.

I am happy that from designing the basement we were able to maximize the basement space and using our best construction practice and skills we built a very beautiful cost effective and practical basement with side walkout and concrete stairs. Thanks for bringing out the best in us and being such wonderful clients ??
