I was in need of a new furnace and called four vendors in the Barrie area, I found Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning staff and product to be above the competition. From the beginning I wasn't over sold, in fact they said that there was nothing wrong with my furnace other than it was over 20 years old and not as efficient or reliable as the newer ones. From the owner to the estimator, Installers and office staff I found everyone to be very friendly, personable and professional. Made contact with Paul and LSHVAC via on-line search. We had great communication and service from the start and the team that visited our house to install product was professional and diligent throughout. Very Pleased!

My husband and I had many quotes and did much research to find that the Salesman Paul with your company was knowledgeable, caring, professional, helpful and genuine. No pressure. He answered all our follow up questions and we made the decision to go with your company. I must say that we own a 150 year old home. (Nothing easy about that) We decided it was time to update the furnace, add air conditioning, move and replace the water tank, as well as have a humidifier installed. Paul did the research needed and continued to touch base with us and keep us informed. The installers were very friendly, professional and clean. Glen the owner came to check on the job. Nice to see that. Well, we and the dog (Frog) have had a very comfortable summer and will for sure recommend you to family and friends. I had called around for several quotes and had a few companies come to my home to present me with their products and prices. Every sales agent offered me something totally different which left me a little confused so I made one last call to Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning. There sales rep was so honest and knowledgeable. He explained the difference in furnaces and efficiencies so clearly that I was sold. I was provided many quotes by other companies for replacing the furnace and water tank and when it was time to install that prices increased from what was originally quoted a few months earlier. I heard about Lake Simcoe from a friend and called Paul for a quote. I was so impressed with the price given from him being less than the other quotes I previously received, and his quote included everything plus more with no surprises at the end. Also, I was also told it would be 2 days to install but they installed everything in only 1 day with keeping my property clean. This company was very friendly and professional in ALL areas of service. If I only knew about them before it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. I am very happy that I found Lake Simcoe Heating and I highly recommend them to all.

I dealt with Paul and he was great. He came to the house and we had a really good chat about what exactly we wanted. He gave us different options and provided us with a pretty good quote. He was very patient as we left for a couple weeks on vacation and when we returned Paul had followed up but didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision. The install went really good. The guys came in and had everything installed except the manufacturer forgot to package a small item. Since it was late in the day, the guys picked up the part and came back the next morning and got everything up and running in no time. Really happy with the service and knowledge that Paul and the installers had. Would totally recommend Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone.

I called a few other companies to give me a price. One never called back. The other was much higher. It is a busy time of year for HVAC companies but they were able to squeeze me in within a week. Very happy.

I dealt with Glenn and his son Brad and I was extremely happy with their service and professionalism. They left the house in great conditions after finishing with the installation. Both of them took their time to do a clean job and provided great info in regards to the product helping me navigate what was the best option for a tank-less gas water heater for my property. I would strongly recommend this company to any one as they are a local company that provide an extraordinary service.
