We were very impressed with the professionalism both at your office and service level. Very friendly staff. Wayne and his partner ( sorry sir, I did not take your name) were very friendly and clean in their work. In mid-February my furnace stopped working. I phoned Lake Simcoe Heating & Air Conditioning early in the morning. The office staff was most helpful. Within hours an appointment was booked and I was told the installers would arrive at 8:00 a.m. the next day. The installers were on time, removed the old furnace, installed a new furnace cleaned, cleaned up and disposed of all the old materials and were on their way by 3:00 p.m. Their work was excellent & their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Glenn W. has a great group of employees and I would recommend Lake Simcoe Heating & Air Conditioning when considering purchasing a new furnace. Thanks again Glenn.

To All, While this review is a few months past the installation date it comes with with my testimony that not only was the installation a very positive experience but I have not had any problems since. Hence, I am compelled to follow up and write this review. I am motivated by the exceptional level of service I received from the first phone call, the installation and trouble free experience ever since. I look after a family member who was in desperate need of a new furnace in the fall with the cold weather rapidly approaching. The staff from Lake Simcoe Heating & Air Conditioning were very helpful, professional, responsive and provided me with a very competitive price. They did not make me feel like they were taking advantage of the situation, rather quite the opposite. They made me feel there were there to help, provided me with options with no pressure or pushy sales to buy. I was very grateful and would use them again without hesitation as well as recommend them to family and friends. After having my previous furnace red-tagged, which would have resulted in having my gas shut off in 45 days, I found myself in need of a replacement furnace....fast. I got a few quotes on the job and chose Lake Simcoe H&AC to do the job. I received their detailed quote very quickly and arranged to have the installation done the next week. The very polite techs arrived right at the agreed time, (not always the case with contractors), and completed the installation in less than a day. It was an extra difficult installation due to my furnace being in a below-ground crawl space but I was totally happy with how everything turned. Buying a new furnace is not exactly a fun or exciting undertaking, but Lake Simcoe H&AC made it easy. Thanks guys.

we called glenn after other companies that were not much help. we had a small space in which to put a furnace. glenn took the extra time to help solve the problem. he and all his crew were great, wayne, scott for install and laura and tracie in the office. we would not hesitate to call them again. a&p

My wife and I are renovating our basement and were recommended to switch to a tankless water heater to save space. We had an initial quote from another company recommending to replace the gas line to accommodate the new water heater and to re do the venting. Needless to say the quote was much more than expected. Looking for another quote I found Lake Simcoe and Heating in Homestars. I liked that they were local and when I contacted Glenn the manager, he rescheduled his afternoon to meet me last minute. His company provided a contract for a rental of a new tankless water heater that would not require replacing the gas line and that would also take care of the installation cost. manage the cancellation of our Reliance contract on our behalf. There were no pressure tactics and Glenn had provided all information required for us to decide on renting. During the installation his team were professional and upon completion of the job did a great job on clean up. We have had his team in recently to relocate our BBQ line and the same level of professionalism was provided. Thanks to Glenn and Bob for the great support provided!

Glenn has been wonderful. The communication and attention, second to none. He arranged for a quick installation and even lent us portable units to get us through the weekend. I contacted Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote to relocate my hot water tank to open up the floor plan when I came to finishing the basement. They gave me a rough cost to move the existing one ($500-$600 from what I recall), and asked details on my current water tank as it may be eligible for replacement. It turns out it was, and if I rented the new tank through Lake Simcoe Heating and Air conditioning there would be no charge to install the tank where I requested. The monthly fee was slightly higher ($1 or $2), but it was well worth it. They also returned the old tank and completed all paperwork. I highly recommend Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning for any HVAC or Hot water tank needs

I decided to call a local company after the representative from a national company did not show up for their appointment and I am glad I did. Bob had a very detailed quote to me within a day. The installation was done quickly and efficiently and thanks to Laura the paperwork was a breeze. Great service and highly recommended

These guys were great to deal with and had a very quick turnaround. They came to see my property to do a walk through and didn't try to up sell me or pressure me into anything I didn't want. Very professional and efficient. 6 days after receiving my very reasonable quote I was sitting in my cold house!
