The quote was no pressure and no bull by someone who knew the business well. They came back a second time when I had more questions. The installation was professional and done RIGHT by mature, experienced installers. The payment process was straightforward and easy. Follow up after install was appreciated.

I was and am very pleased with the work performed by Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning. The professionalism by the installation team shines through as they work. Clean up was very important as I have pets and I didn't want any scrap metal left behind. They cleaned twice to ensure my pets would be safe. That is what I call going the extra mile. It is a rare find amongst companies these days but I am very happy that Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning is a company which still cares about its customers. You get a follow up by the owner of the company to ensure you are happy with all aspects of the project. That's what I call the personal touch. So if you require heating or air conditioning forget the rest and call Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning and get the best. I can't believe that a company like Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning still exists that really care about the customer and treats you like family.

We've been undergoing major renovations to our older house which was heated with baseboards and a fireplace, the house is small 1200sq ft two story on a slab with no provisioned space for a furnace. Lake Simcoe worked with us from start to finish to provide a solution that would work while minimizing bulkheads and hiding duct work as much as possible. We now have a new high efficiency furnace and central air conditioner, all new duct work and extra large concealed gas line going across the the first floor to account for future expansion (bbq, hot water tank, garage heat). Working with Glen, Robert, Laura and Wayne was a pleasant experience, work was completed as per our agreement, as per our agreed pricing despite unforeseen challenges with routing/installing duct work in tight cavities.

Great service from start to finished. Professional and friendly service. This is actually the third company that I contacted for a in home quote for a new, high efficiency furnace. Since I'm new around this area ( moved up from Richmond hill ). I usually use google for anything that I need. So I came up with 3 different companies for a quote. The 1st company showed up about 2 hours LATE. Salesperson was just like a salesperson. Try to sale me everything they got. From a Furnace to an A/C and a Hot water tank. The 2nd company, dude showed up on time. Wasn't pushy as the 1st one. But couldn't really answer all my questions. And last I called Lake Simcoe. Bob showed up on time. Very professionally took down the measurement answered pretty much all my questions . And he was the ONLY one actually went outside the house to check for where the exhaust pipe going to exit from my basement .( There was great amount of snow builded up around the side of my house @ the time. ) I find that very impressive !! Also he didn't try to sell me anything is unnecessary . Pretty straight forward. GREAT JOB!! I ended up getting a new hot water tank from them as well. And for the installation day. Technician showed up on time. Very professional and friendly. And Wayne and his partner did a great job from taking out the old furnace/hot water tank without making any damage to my newly finished basement. Installation went nice and smooth. Our A/C quit at the end of the summer. We called Glenn to get a quote on the furnace and air. Glenn showed us our options. We were very pleased with the product and the pricing, also the great customer service we received with any questions that we had. So we went ahead with the installation. Technician Wayne always went above and beyond while working in my house. We would not hesitate to recommend Lake Simcoe Heating and Air. Thanks to everyone involved. A job well done!

Our furnace died unexpectedly and we needed a new one quickly. We didn't want to overpay either though! We got several quotes and Glenn came through with the best price. After searching for reviews on their brand of furnace and being satisfied with the quality and the price we decided to go ahead even though we were told we may have to wai t several days. We were once again impressed when they were able to install it earlier! Everyone involved was amazing, from Glenn, the lovely office ladies and the 2 lads that came to install the unit itself. Thank you again for the awesome service!

We had an air conditioner installed by Lake Simcoe Heating. They were very courtious. They offered great pricing and the installation was very neat and professional. I would definitey recommend Lake Simcoe Heating and Air to family and friends.

It's rare that you get what you hope for but in this case it happened. They showed when scheduled, completed the work while including us in the process and finished ahead of schedule. If not for the shiny new product, i wouldn't even have known they were there. Highly recommended and I've already passed their info along to others. Thanks Glenn and Team for a great experience Dave

I recently woke early in the morning to a freezing house. Sometime through the night our furnace decided to pack it in. Fully expecting to have to wait days to have someone come look at it and fearing the worst I called Lake Simcoe Heating and Air conditioning. Not only did someone come right away, they didn't try to sell me any parts I didn't need, in fact, I didn't need anything. A part had come loose. They hooked it back up and I was up and running. I called at 7:00am and by 8:00 the furnace was running. Thank you so much Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning, AMAZING SERVICE!!!
