I was stuck with no heat one night and a friend suggested I call Lake Simcoe. They showed up quickly and found a loose wire in the furnace. He could have told me anything as I had no idea what was wrong. I was real happy when he came up 10 minutes after he started and told me it was fixed and up and running. The technician even replaced my air filter and humidifier pad that I had sitting beside the furnace, all because he was there anyways. Great Service, minimal charge. Honesty appreciated !

The installers where courtious and friendly. Took the time to answer our questions and completed all the tasks on the quote. The install was completed in a timely manner and they left our home clean. I moved into a newer home that didn't have central air, so I contacted a few HVAC companies for estimates. Lake Simcoe Heating and Air conditioning came out to provide an estimate, and measured/listed for the materials needed for installation (no other company did that). We decided to go ahead with the installation, and the installers were courteous and helpful, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up their work area well. We chose Lake Simcoe HVAC because of the great communication and customer service we had prior to installation (which continued after the install) and because they are a local business.

Work in Mississauga and called a buddy who suggested I touch base with Lake Simcoe for quote. The sales guy was great. Explained the difference in models, most vs least efficient, service history by brand. Long story short checked out all I was was told and he was bang on with everything thus the trust was established. Got the job done, all works great and workmanship was better than some neighbors that had similar replacements by other contractors. I'd recommend these guys anytime.

I had central air installed and had no issues at all with anyone from office staff to installers. Work was done in the time frame given, and all were very easy to work with. THANKYOU.

The guys at Lake Simcoe Heating and Air did a great job at installing my central air AC. They got the job done fast and the service was great. They were such great people to work with.

We had Lake Simcoe install an exhaust fan with the dehumidistat in our shop and wow what a difference! The installation crew was excellent, worked very efficiently and completed the project in a timely fashion. When they were done the entire work site was cleaned up - it was like they were never there! Highly recommend these guys and will call them for future projects.

My furnace went down around 3am. I Called Lake Simcoe Heating and Air conditioning at 7:30. By 9am my furnace was up and running. No fuss, no Muss, and no unneeded parts. Great Service and fast response. Best of all, I wasn't told I had to start replacing parts. Thanks

It was the dead of winter and we came home to no heat. Called lake Simcoe and they came right out, replaced the part and we were warm again. Great company. I recommend them
