Hi, My Name is Benedict Noble and I live at North York, Vic park and Lawrence. My hot water tank was managed by this company. In the past, inexperienced technicians were sent for service and they charged arm and leg for their poor service. Now, I guess but not sure that a new management had taken over and the service went flawless this time, technicians are not doing guess work and they fixed the problem. This time they knew what they were doing. The best part is the service charge is covered by the contract and I have not paid anything, this information nobody told me before. Roger called me after service and asked me for feedback, he asked really good questions that reflected genuine concern for the customer views and pain points. I recommend them. Note to the team. Keep the new image going.

This company has the best customer service.They always helped me through my billing. I would really recommend everyone to go through this company. Even the cost of furnace and water tank is not costly in related to other fraudulent companies.

No answer on phone calls calling so many times but answer one time speak so roudly not filing my flie for rebate l don’t know who give distributions to this person he don’t deserve this distributor

Terrible customer service. Had work completed under the Ontario Green Energy Program. Never submitted rebate and when they did it was incorrect. Tried calling them to have them correct and could not reach anyone. Full voice mail. Stay away.

The sales dock on the door and push the sales we did not need. When we called to inquiry the problem, it was impossible to hold anyone. And the contract indicate no cost for repairing nor the parts but after 3 years, they deny it and make up some random labor fee is not covered BS that not on the contract nor the web site.

This company deserve 10 star for their product fissionable team , they have professional team be team behind them and very good customer service ces .i changed my furnace through them and they are the best

WE INSTALLED THE AC AND FURNACE AND GOT THE CHEAPER THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY IN THE MARKET AND TOOK CARE OF THE REBATES AS WELL. WITH SERVICE CALLS GUYS WERE ON TIME AS PROMISED AND FIXED THE JOB AND GOT REFERRAL BONUS TOO FROM THE COMPANY

It was fabulous working experience with these guys. They provided whatever they said. Yes, there are some delay but that was on Auditor's part. I am so happy to with their services. These guys are so economical in price whereas other big name was charging me a lot.

I was first time home buyer and got Hot water tank, Furnance and A/C replaced when they knocked on the door. It's been most terrible experience, for months they did double billing and I had to work their with multiple groups to get it sorted. The sales guy promised OPA rebates which never materialized and was sold a higher seer A/C while they installed a lower one, also the installation of furnace they put the intake pipe inside and asking additional money to extend it to outside. Overall these are bunch of thugs, stay away from them.
