duct cleaning
Good appointment scheduling (ie exact time, not a window, am or pm). Friendly technician who was willing to explain anything. After a few questions I just left him to do his job. Great job and completed in estimated time. Clean up was also perfect unlike my previous experience with another company. Very impressed and would certainly recommend.

Duct cleaning
Miguel was thorough and quick. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The before and after photos he provided really helped to see the actual work done. He even cleared our dryer vents for no additional cost! Very happy with the service provided.

Duct Cleaning
Bytown Duct Cleaning did a great job on our duct cleaning. I liked how everything was trackable through email. He was very friendly, on time and took the time to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for duct cleaning in the future.

Forced Air Duct Cleaning
Miguel the tech and the owner of Bytown Duct Cleaning was very professional. What I appreciated was his attention to detail from the equipment he uses and how he stores it, to the thoroughness of the cleaning of the ducts themselves. He was patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and he took time to explain what he was doing and why. After he finished he came back in with a portable vacuum to clean any dust or dust bunnies that got on the floors from the cleaning...I was stunned! Very rarely in surveys to I give top marks because in order to get top marks from me the person, or person, need to go beyond what was expected...Miguel went beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Miguel.

on time and efficient
The team showed up at my townhome at 7:30 sharp as scheduled. Miguel walked through what they were going to do, why and how. They were done within a couple of hours, and I was given an assessment of what they found in my duct work. I have already recommended Bytown Duct Cleaning to others who are considering having this work done.

Post reno cleanup
Booked a convenient appointment, they showed up on time (and maybe even a bit early!), were friendly, professional and efficient. Their pricing was very competitive. All in all very satisfied.

Duct cleaning
Very meticulous work. They took the time, paying attention to details without damaging anything. The "in the house" vacuum system (vs truck) is more than adequate.

Professional company

Duct cleaning
They came into my home to clean my vents, and they did an amazing job, and I was able to witness that myself. They were also very punctual.
