I am very happy with the service Bytown Duct Cleaning provided today! I and some family members who will visit next week suffer from dust allergies, and the renovations we had recently had done in our home were making matters worse. I called the company we had previously hired but they were not available to come in the timeframe we requested. I was a little reluctant to hire a company I did not know, but they were able to come on the day requested and I had read some good reviews.
Miguel and his fellow technician arrived on time and asked if I had any questions before they began. They were very polite and respectful and immediately got to work. They worked very efficiently and used modified cleaning techniques according to the condition of each duct. They also gave me tips and advice about my furnace filter and dryer vent. They did not seem rushed and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their work.. They cleaned and vacuumed all floors and carpets after the duct work was completed. This was unlike 2 previous companies I had hired before.
I would definitely recommend this company and its great team!
