Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Valerie narrowed our search choices and was extremely helpful in giving us what we wanted.

Valerie and her team were amazing from day 1! We quickly found blinds that we liked, had the measurements taken and before we knew it the blinds were up! The installation was expertly done and the blinds look even better than we hoped!

Valerie has so many options within the condo building rules for us to choose from! She helped us figure out how sheer the cover should be, to give us privacy and still let light into the room. Our walls and ceiling are not quite square but the installation accommodated that and it fits like a glove!

She was professional in her knowledge and application of styles and functionality of her products. Her installer was also very helpful with suggestions of placements when asked for his perspective. Valerie from Cover Me Window Decor did an amazing job on the blinds for my entire house. She came to give me a quote where she discussed what I was looking for and what my budget was. When the first quote was higher than I expected (I chose more expensive fabric) she came back with 4 different options in different price points so that we could make it work. The price points were below my budget and at my budget. Valerie was very easy to work with as well as her installer Dwayne who was very professional and curtious when he was in our home. I would highly recommend hiring Valerie as she is a pleasure to work with. The quality of her blinds is amazing! I had quotes from other companies and the quality looked cheap. Even Valerie's most reasonably priced fabric looked better than the competitors. I would recommend Valerie to everyone I know!!!

As we all understand, finding the right contractor can be challenging and let's face it, we are all here on this website for that reason, looking for legit reviews and feedback.I had done my fair share of meeting number of contractors and suppliers but not 100% convinced and stalled the project for a month as I was getting frustrated. Then I came across Cover Me on Homestars and contacted Valerie, and I was very impressed with the way she answered my questions and asked me for my requirements.To start with, Valerie came for estimate and showed me such a variety of blinds. She helped me to choose different product according to our needs and budget, we back and forth on selection to ensure both quality and budget in mind. After we agreed on the product (almost 40 windows to cover), Dwyane, her installer came in few days, took precise measurement to ensure end result fit perfect and was given a timeframe of 5 - 6 weeks to complete the installation.Cover Me delivered on time, custom made and exactly what we needed. Please note that Cover Me is very price competitive, after going through multiple vendors, I had an idea of the pricing and Cover Me did not disappoint in pricing.All I can say is, I am lucky to have called Cover Me and Valerie/Dwyane, they worked with me with honestly and atmost sincerity. It was clear that they pride themselves in their business and leave their clients with a genuine impression and quality work. Highly Recommended

Valerie was helpful at the start when we did not know the style and colour of the window coverings, and later when the manufacturer's standard offerings did not suit the width of the windows, she was able to find alternative product that exactly met our needs. The installation was prompt and perfectly done. We are very pleased with the end result !
