Great job. Sink was fixed quickly and at a good price. Highly recommend.

I contacted Dima Plumbing, because my water mains shut-off valve was leaking. After requesting pictures to check the pipe size, they quoted me a price for parts and labour with warranty. This was a set job price, which made me very comfortable, because there were no hidden costs. I dealt with Andrei, who explained that I needed to get the city to shut off the water from outside and then call him to do the job (This prevented me from paying any wait fees and made sure the city could actually shut off the water.). Andrei arrived on time and was very efficient at his job. In addition, he went through the procedures I need to do when closing and opening the shut-off valve, as well as checking my outdoor hose valve had been closed properly for the winter. He answered any question I had with patience and quality information. I would highly recommend Dima Plumbing.

Don't hesitate to hire Dima Plumbing for your plumbing needs. I found them through homestars due to all their good ratings and boy, they did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing needs. I sent them photos of the issue, they responded in a timely manner. Andrei showed up on time, he brought all the necessary materials (so no time wasted going back and forth), he diagnosed the issues, and completed the various jobs professionally under 3 hours. He even took time to answer all our questions. He fixed 3 toilets, removed and replaced an outside hose bib, 2 inside shutoff valves and tried to fix shower cartridge and threw in a free flapper for 4th washroom. Very happy with the work. Way to go, made my day!!!

I highly recommend Dima Plumbing! Andrei was quick to reply to my request to fix a leaking toilet. Just from the pictures I sent him, he was clearly knowledgeable in telling me more about the problem. He was also accommodating and helped me even when my schedule was inconvenient. I felt like Andrei had my best interests at heart and he did his best to repair the problem at the lowest cost. He was also very sweet with my annoying dog! Thank you, Andrei! You are my new plumber, and I will be calling you for all my plumbing needs!
