The service was very prompt after we had a break in. Lock rekeying and garage door passcode was changed. The service was completed very quickly and the charges were nominal. A to Z locks were very prompt in sending a lock repair technician over within a few hours of being contacted for service. The service itself was very courteous and it solved my issue.

Roman was very responsive and kept us up to date on the status of our back ordered locks. As soon as they were available he came quickly on a Saturday. Installed 2 smart locks and showed me how to configure them, rekeyed them to our existing lock and also installed an unplanned passage Handle. Very polite and respectful of our house. I called A To Z Locksmith Services , after finding on the Homestars, to get new entry door locks. For me it was an emergency on that day, as my vehicle was carjacked in front of our house with house keys. After sending photos of the door locks, Roman suggested for re-keying, which I never thought about, also much cost effective solution rather than replacing the existing good locks. Mostly the business always try to push expensive sales on customers. But Roman surprised me with less cost solution with additional keys. Roman was fantastic. I would recommend without reservation. We took possession of a new place and needed both interior and exterior locks changed, including installing a smart lock. He recommended the best hardware to get and nudged us away from subpar stuff. He always answered questions patiently and I had more than a few. Better yet, the pricing (quote) was one of the most competitive. We were impressed with the communication and professionalism.
