I called A to Z Locksmith Services for the first time last Monday, as I needed to rekey the front door of a rental property. An appointment was made for the next morning, and I asked that they notify me when they are 30 minutes away. I received that text and the technician arrived on time. He was very professional and took the time to ensure the lock was working smoothly and fixed an issue when it wasn’t. I was very pleased with the service and the communication I received, I definitely recommend A to Z Locksmith Services.

Roman was excellent to deal with, very professional... responded to my quote request quickly and offered a fair price for the job. I booked for the next day. He arrived when he said he would and even messaged when 1/2 hour away. Small job of rekeying one door was done quickly and cleanly! Thx Roman.

Contacted Roman, among other possible contractors, to reky all my house locks. He responded within 5 minutes of my initial call, provided a reasonable quote, and confirmed he could come to my house the following day. He came right on time, worked promptly, and did more than I was expcting. Great work. I would definitely recommend A and Z to others.

I needed all internal and external locks changed on a new home I purchased (many of which were very old and in terrible condition). Everything was done quickly and easily - a great experience!

My experience with Roman was literally the best experience I've had with a vendor from HomeStars. I really appreciated the texts to confirm my appointment and arrival time. He was on time, worked quickly and explained the process as he went. He was knowledgeable and cut the new keys in his car. We had 3 locks rekeyed and one replaced. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future.

Roman was quick, knowledgable and very polite. He was available on the same day to come and fix my misaligned door. He also went the extra mile to adjust my lock as well as remove the rust from the handle and gave me good advice to what to look for down the road. Definitely recommend Roman and will definitely come back to him if i have any other issue with my lock or door.

We took possesion of a new house and had the locks re-keyed. I asked for a quote through HomeSatrs and he called back within minutes. He was able to be there the next day and was very polite, worked fast, and was very professional. He also fixed an issue we had with alignment of one of the locks It was hard to move the deadbolt but now it works perfectly. I would will definilty call again if I need a locksmith, and I wil also recommend callign if you need one.
