Roman fixed my broken front door handle on Boxing Day. He was professional, gave me good information, and came when he said he would (about 2 hours after I called him). He got my ancient door handle working again.

Roman was excellent . He was able to come out the day after i called him as oppose to some other companies who were quoted as saying they need several days or weeks to set up an appointment. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and worker very quickly. He installed an electronic key pad lock with ease . He then helped me to identify and repair problems i had an existing lock i had . His pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies i had inquired about . I would highly recommended him for your locksmith jobs and will be contacting again for mine .

When I moved into my new house, I wanted to replace all existing locks, add door latches and fix several existing door handles. I contacted several locksmiths, Roman gave me some great options and tips and we agreed on the installations that were needed. Roman was very communicative, prompt, and his prices were very reasonable. It took Roman about 3 hours to replace all the door locks, add door latches for most of the external doors and fix several issues with existing doors and door handles. The quality of Roman's work was very high, I'm very pleased with the installation, and the maintenance tips he gave me. Everything has been smooth since Roman's visit. I highly recommend Roman for any lock related work. I'll call on Roman in for any future locksmith related tasks.

It was my second time using this company and Roman has been excellent on both occasions. Very professional and very efficient. He re-keyed two locks quickly and the job was very well done. He even made minor adjustments / repairs to my door handle for free. A lock was also opened for which I lost the key and he did it within 2 minutes. Impressed. Finally, payment was easy and availability was made for a short notice appointment . I recommend the company for anyone who needs a locksmith.

Lock was sticking and difficult to open. Roman was very professional and efficient. Arrived on time and fixed the issue quickly and correctly. Would call again if I had another lock to fix.

ROMAN IS THE TOP QUALITY LOCKSMITH AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL AND I WOULD HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES AND A TO Z LOCKSMITH FOR OUR FUTURE LOCKSMITH NEEDS. We needed some extra security for our basement door which leads to a walkout. We reached out to a few locksmith's but Roman was one of the first to respond to my e-mail inquiry. Not only was he responsive, but he understood what I was looking for and addressed our needs. Roman took the time to explain what type of hardware and security he would recommend for our door and he also let me know what would be an unnecessary cost as well. This was very much appreciated as I know you could add tons of security options to your door and really run up the cost. He was very responsiveness to text/whatsapp which was what made his customer service excellent and well beyond what others were offering,. He answered every single question I had and never got upset. He was very polite and friendly. On the day off Roman arrived early and completed the job in just over an hour! He was quick, efficient, and explained everything that he was going to do. He let us know that if we wanted the door guard there would be additional drilling and therefore labour, and we were okay with this. His costs were competitive against the bigger companies and given his extreme knowledge of what he was doing, I was okay with paying the cost of the job even if others were cheaper. So I will definitely use A to Z Locksmith services again because of their responsiveness, thorough knowledge, customer service, and fair cost. Roman is a really skilled dude and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith.

Contacted A to Z Locksmith Services for a lock repair appointment. Was able to secure an appointment for that morning and resolved the entire issue in less than an hour. The lock was in fact broken and Roman contacted me to inform me of the issue and we agreed on the replacement of the lock. Keys were provided in multiples as requested. Great web site, booking the appointment was easy and billing is managed entirely online. Easy to recommend. Roman, thank you for your prompt and professional service!
