I am very happy with the service, the technitian came in to install a keypad deadbolt for me, he did a fast, professional job and was fair with price too!

Roman came the same day that we called him. He was fast, professional and honest. He showed us the products and explained the differences between them. We were very satisfied with the service.

If there were 6 stars I would have rated him as even higher: arrived on time, was pleasant, efficient and meticulous, offered a suggestion that SAVED me money and made an adjustment to a handle that someone else and had installed incorrectly (NO charge). Couldn't be happier with the work and the customer service!!
