Roman got in touch with me right away and was able to come do the repairs within a couple of days. He had the part he needed to repair the door handle and fixed it. While he was here he noticed the lock plate was too far out from the door frame. He removed the plate, cut back the vinyl door frame and replaced the plate so the door no longer is striking the plate. He also greased the door hinges. Great service!

Roman showed up on time and was friendly and spent the time to show how to operate the keyless Lock.
