    Job: Roof inspection for insurance company. The company responded quickly to my request for help and was equally quick to come to the house. The inspection report looks great and has been submitted to my insurance company. I would use this company again.

    Highly Recommend

    I had a leak in my 26 year old mossy roof last winter. The roof dr repaired the leak and cleaned and re-oiled last summer. It looks brand new and the repair worked even after all the rain we have been having. I am very happy i called this company. Thank you guys so much.

    warning

    6 months after paying a deposit never given a start date and after requesting a refund 2 months ago still not received it now told they want to do the work in april 9 months after requested work and paid deposit never told this at time of booking this was time sensitive as looking to list property in feb still require refund

    Thank you for your comment regarding deposits being returned and Timing. Deposits are not refundable. Regarding the time of deposits given and when we get to jobs varies greatly depending on our work load and weather. If we receive a deposit during the winter months, some years we are already booking into the the summer which in some cases can be 9 months or more before we get to your roof. We try as hard as we can to get to every booked customer as fast as we can. We are sorry we were not able to please you however the year you booked we were booking that far ahead.

    Roofing

    The Great Canadian Roof Doctor in Victoria are the best. True professional full roofing service, honest and fair pricing. The clear acrylic coating is a fantastic product we had our roof done a year and a half ago. They washed the roof removing all moss. Applied the sealant, cleaned the gutters and the worksite. Our roof looks brand new and the rest of the roofs I our neighborhood are definitely showing age and the houses are only around 10 years old. Recently Brad inspected a roof vent which was incorrectly installed from the builder, could have asked for more prompt and professional service and the most fair price. I can’t say enough good about The Great Canadian Roof Doctor.
