Called Orleans Garage Doors to have estimate to repair broken door cables. The price to be reasonable and John, the owner, showed up about 1 hour later as promised. He was very professional and the work done was great. He adjusted and lubricated the door. Door works better than it use to. Extremely happy with the work.

It was a pleasure dealing with John. He is professional and thorough. He helped guide us through our door selection and made some useful recommendations we had not thought of. He is also refreshingly low-key. His quote was the final price; no surprises. The cost included removal and disposal of the old door. I would not hesitate to recommend his services. Very pleased with the results.

John (owner) was honest, fair and demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and craftsmanship. He took the time to clean up before he left as well as provide me a detailed walk through of his handiwork and to gonover àl safety components. Very happy with the decision to work with John!

I just had John come by today to install a new garage door opener and replace a spring that had broken. I will say that the service was excellent and I have no complaints at all. I had called another big company that was very well reviewed on homestars but got the standard answer from the desk person who was not really willing to answer any questions except to point me to their website. Also the cost that they quoted me was very high and I felt like just another number to them. When I called John he was patient to answer my few questions and explain to the difference between Chamberlain and Liftmaster openers to me. He told me what was the best bang for my buck even though I am sure he could have sold me a more expensive opener that had all the gadgets I did not need like the other company tried to. Anyhow, initially I thought he was not going to be able to come until a week's time but he called back the next day to say that he could come the day after and he arrived on time which I really appreciated. His all in price for both the spring and opener was below anyone else's price. He took down the old opener and put the new one up taking the time to chat with me an answer questions as he went along. He explained to me fully how it all worked and showed me who to replace my back up battery just in case it ran on and some other company tried to charge me money to do it. I really appreciated this. I totally would recommend him to anyone looking for a good quality and honest guy to install your openers or garage doors.
