Before the new lighting , Our guy's may as well be working in the dark. Tron came in, assess the areas listened to our needs, made some recommendations, sent over a quote. All work was done within 2 1/2 days. Awesome! And No Unexpected Surprises when the Invoice came. Tron team was Professional , Friendly and very Knowledgeable.

Since I'm a teacher I'm going to write a report card for Tron. Everyone was very professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. From Lena in the office, to Joe to Young. Young tried to keep the price down and took me through each step of the way. He explained clearly, so that I understood the specific safety issues that needed to be fixed, and what I could pass on in order to save money. Young has a very down to earth and respectful way about him, and I felt comfortable asking him questions throughout the process. I feel that Young personally wouldn't be happy with just doing a "good" job - it has to be up to his very high standards. I have an old home with some knob and tube wiring as well as wiring that was just not safe. I now have a Certificate of Inspection from the ESA and I don’t feel nervous about the wiring anymore. So thank you Tron, and many thanks to Young for making my family and I much safer!! I also want to add that Young cleaned up so well afterward that my house looked better than before! So I’m giving Tron an A-plus!

The electricians and staff at Tron - Young, Gildo, Simon, Lena and Mostezah (sp?) - were professional, friendly and hard-working. I went with Tron for installing a sub-panel, baseboard heaters and an outdoor light, because Young's initial visit made a good impression - he explained things clearly, took his time and went out of his way to do a safety check. Gildo (the owner) ended up doing the job, which required some complicated wiring and other issues that he and Simon were able to resolve. In spite of a long day's work, he stuck to the original quote and came back the next morning to take care of a follow-up detail. The office staff was prompt and pro-active about helping to set up scheduling, payment, inspection and checking in at various stages of the project.

It was done professionally and right away. Very happy with the service. I would recommend this company.

Work was initially scheduled for two days but the workers managed to finished in one day, and the communication was great throughout.

We needed a 120VAC 20AMP Dedicated Circuit for an infrared sauna. Matt was the individual that took my call. He was very helpful and personable and arrange everything with the electrician. Elias the electrician was very informative and did a great job running 50 feet of cable to the new electrical outlet he installed. Very happy with the entire process.

Coordinated service interrupt with hydro promptly and without complication. Repair took place within service window and they kept me informed about the process throughout. Straightforward and professional. Deeply appreciated.
