Very bad quality of work. And not honor his warrant after at all. He will be fast and responsive when taking the job and your money. But the work turned out to be very badly done and he done want to fix it after.

This firm did an excellent job (done by the owner and assistant since it was a small job). They came when they indicated they would, worked hard until finished, no damage to garden, cleaned up well. The roof appears perfect. Their particular strength is in attitude. They deal with little problems, discuss as they go, don't seem to want to add extras, deal flexibly with the customer, take time to answer all questions. Their friendly attitude contrasted greatly with another roofer who gave a quote. The price was very reasonable. There was a problem with documentation -- inattention but not bad intention, and it was cleared up. It does not detract from recommending them.

After the roofing was done, Yves did come for follow up and fixed the small problem two year ago. Recently I called him and asked to check on how is everything. He came and make sure roofing has no any problem. Very nice guy.

OAR was extremely helpful with scheduling, helping us understand of the right products as a new home owner. They re did our entire roof at the best deal I could find and the final results are fantastic! Highly recommend these guys. Very professional, easy and no mess was left behind. Superb!!

Hired for first time re-shingling of a 2001 end unit townhouse. We are very satisfied with this company: -Very friendly, knowledgeable, no hassling and good communication. -Finished work in the expected time frame -Left the work-site very clean, came back at least 2-3 time to make sure everything was taken care of. -Got the product we wanted for a very reasonable price. -Was able to schedule an installation date which was convenient. -Provides pictures of the work. -Good warranty with the company. -The owner cared very much about our satisfaction throughout the process. We will surely recommend this company to others. Three neighbors will get their roof done in the fall 2016 with OAR. We went with the Lifetime Package, very good price.
