    Back addition to house

    The back of our house was a old addition built in the 70’s. It had a pillar foundation and was in desperate need of replacing. We found Eastern Western Construction on Home Stars and saw the positive reviews. We called and spoke with Yiannis. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism. We decided to hire him for the tear down and rebuild of our addition. This included excavating and having a proper foundation built. Yiannis and his team were very hard working. We were very impressed with the quality of work they did. We love our new addition. We’re so glad that we went with Eastern Western Construction.

    Kitchen addition

    I contacted Easterwestern construction to handle our kitchen addition and I could not be more happier with the outcome. Yannis and team were very professional, were sensitive to my needs and the quality of the work in outstanding. The renovation was done in a timely manner even though we faced many challenges due to Covid shortages. If you are thinking of renovating your home look no further.     Basement Renovation

    Full basement renovation including new plumbing, electrical, stairs, duct work, bathroom, laundry room, closets and kitchen rough-in. Happy with the finished product and would recommend Eastern Western Construction for similar work.

    Kitchen and first floor renovation

    We contracted Eastern Western Construction with renovating our first floor which included a full kitchen renovation, powder room and living/dining room areas. Yiannis was very responsive right from the quotation process through to the completion of the construction. We were able to move forward with construction during the Covid-19 situation with their great support and we appreciated the work accomplished during this time by Yiannis and Frank. The kitchen cabinetry was a collaboration with DJL Kitchens and Eastern Western Construction...custom color and design assisted by Crissy. We love the kitchen design with the large island and countertop/backsplash design. We would definitely recommend Eastern Western Construction to others and look forward to working with them for future renovation projects.

    Chaplin Estates home Rennovation

    Yiannis and his team are highly professional. He made sure that the work took place on a timely manner and that I was made aware of complications of the renovation early so that appropriate decision could take place in a timely fashion to avoid delay and hence cost impact. The quality of the craftsmanship is high given the fact that they renovated old home. I trust Eastern western and would use them again.

    Bathroom renovation

    Eastern Western Construction was great to work with. Yiannis is very responsive to emails and receptive to questions and suggestions for materials. Frank was amazing on site and has such attention to detail working hard to make sure things are done correctly. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to use them for a larger renovation in the future

    Professional & friendly

    The guys we worked with were all professional and very friendly. Frank was excellent. We have worked with contractors before, and this experience was far superior. We hired this team to gut and retile our shower. Highly recommend!

    Amazing condo renovation

    I fully renovated my condo including walls floor and kitchen. Eastern Western Construction did amazing job and exceeded my expectations. I am recommending them to everybody who is looking for precise quality work and achieved deadlines.

    No need to look further for a contractor!!!

    Great company. Yiannis is so professional. Never thought it would be as smooth as it went for my project. Basement reno with bathroom. The project was on time.. delivered what was expected.. offered advice on design and no added cost. Further more price is exceptional for work done vs other qoutes in the industry. Enjoying the space and will be using Yiannis again soon for another potential project. Totally recommend. Dont hesitate to work with Eastern Western.
