    Living Room Interior Design

    Anna-Maria was very quick to determine my requirements and gauge my taste, the first idea board was perfect and on the mark. Anna-Maria was also very accommodating to my budget and considered this when putting together the idea board and shopping list. The before and after shots below speak volumes, I love the new space, it feels like a brand new home.

    Old heritage house renovation; kitchen, bathroom

    Ours is a unique scenario as our home is overseas and therefore Anna was unable to actually see the house that she was redesigning. It is also a very old house without plans of any kind so we provided pictures and hand drawn floor plans to help as best we could describe what we needed and pictured in our minds eye.Anna was marvellous in taking time to ask questions; some general but other very specific so she could understand what we were dreaming about.She was knowledgeable, thorough and presented great ideas which we would then see on paper within a few days.It was such a relief to to be able to provide our contractors with a plan!Now we are waiting for the work to be completed so we can move into our new dream home.Thank you Anna, we are one step closer to getting there.

    Kitchen, pantry, and mudroom renovation

    Anna gently guided us through material selection and cabinet design without negating our personal taste. We're very happy with the final result!

    Layout planning, Furniture selections, Finish selections

    Avid Interior Design helped make our beautiful house into a modern, comfortable, elegant home that we are so proud to call our own! We worked with Anna and her team on our layout, finish and furniture selections. She created cohesive spaces that still retain their own character and work perfectly for our lifestyle. We have received so many compliments on the work that Anna has done for us. In addition to providing beautiful results, Anna is a pleasure to work with. It was a collaboration and I felt that my voice was heard in all aspects of the project, from choosing pieces to budget and priorities. I would highly recommend Avid Interior Design to anyone searching for an interior designer that will far exceed your expectations.

    Whole home interior renovation

    Avid Interiors' designer Anna-Maria Wurz designed, selected, procured and supervised the installation of all materials, appliances, finishes and accessories, to update our 1991 two story 2,800 sq ft home, to a unique modern design. The project included new windows, doors, flooring, cabinets, counters, fireplace and some furniture. We love the result and we have had numerous compliments and requests for references for our designer.
