Amazing service! Job was detailed and well executed. Roberto and team came on time and left with my windows looking stunning and new. I will definitely use Vemex again and was impressed with their costs vs others and also impressed with the 10 year warranty that comes with their work. Veronica, the general manager, responded to all questions within minutes and was extremely detailed every step of the way

I hired Vemex to replace the caulking on the windows at the back of my house. I was very impressed with the work they did. They did a great job of matching the colour of the caulk and were done in no time. They also provided a 10 year warranty on labour and materials. I would definitely hire them again!

The reason I hired them was because rain was leaking through the window frame. For a year after they completed the work, there were no issues like leaks causing rain to run down the window frame. However, in the second year, the leak started again. Its clear they did a poor job (I worried it and made a complaint but they ignored) the caulking held up for the first year but then failed. They gave me a 10-year warranty document, but despite numerous texts and calls, they neither showed up nor inspected the issue. Never hire this company for any job.

We contacted Vemex after research on HomeStars. From first contact with Veronica, I was immediately comfortable with her business style. After a few quotes, we decided to proceed. Scheduling was painless, and the Vemex crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and cleanly. Within a few hours, the old caulking had been removed and the new caulking was in place. All vents were recaulked, and the property was clean. Did I mention that they painted the lintels and washed all the windows? Roberto and team were incredible! When we noticed a small issue, Veronica sent Roberto back to address it the very next day. 10 year warranty in writing!! I highly recommend this company without any hesitation. If you are considering replacing your windows because you feel a draft, and the seal between your panes has not been broken- recaulk with Vemex and save yourself 10s of 1000s!!

Amazing service & quality of work. Estimate was prompt & competitive. Great attention to detail in matching colours to frame/home brick as needed. Even included window cleaning and painting of lintels. Team of 3 completed the work in less than a day.

Vemex did an excellent job at recaulking all our windows, even ones up very high. They gave an estimate and were able to start the work within about ten days. All the caulking was painted and the rust marks above the sliding glass doors were also painted. Vemex also cleaned the outside windows! All the work was done in one day. The workers were polite and cleaned up most of the debris left behind. Highly recommend this company.
