Alex was at the house within 90 minutes and did the work for exactly what he said over the phone. He was great, explained everything, and cleared the blockage almost 40 feet down the pipe. Would definitely use again if needed and recommend to others.

During the process of winterizing my garden spigot, I noticed it leaking. I had been putting off getting it replaced, but it was now time. Fortunately, I didn't have to scramble to look for a reputable plumbing company. I called Alex at Award Plus -- this is my third time using this company. Alex came over the next day and installed a new garden spigot. While he was here, I asked him to take a look at my 40+ year old rubber washing machine water lines. He suggested changing them to stainless steel braided water lines because my rubber ones had lost their flexibility and had become rigid. The new water lines look great!

Extremely good service. Just a day after I put the request, Alex was here fixing the problem. Very polite and insightful on all his remarks. Thank you very much.

I asked Alex to come in for two jobs: to remove water softener equipment and install a dishwasher. Alex was very quick to respond to emails, and arrived exactly at the time agreed to. He was courteous and professional. He did the job well and quickly. He's also very honest. Silly me, I didn't realize I could stop water from running through the water softener equipment without removing it. Alex informed me of that after looking into it. While he could have simply performed the service and charged me for it, he gave his honest advice, which permitted me to avoid the unnecessary work and cost. I'd definitely recommend working with this company.
