Alex responded quickly to my request. He purchased the new hardware ( with my approval). He arrived earlier than our appointment time . He had finished another job earlier than planned. He phoned & checked if that was okay He worked efficiently & in a very professional way. The bathroom was left spotless after he finished. He did a fantastic job, I am very happy with the new installation including my fancy taps. I would highly recommend for any plumbing jobs required.

Alex came by to do a quick inspection of our new home and found a few things that needed to be addressed. He quoted very reasonable prices, was on time, very polite and professional. We are happy to say now we have a plumber. We will only call Alex for any future plumbing needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex, who did an excellent job replacing the P-trap and pipe system beneath my kitchen sink. His workmanship was top-notch, and he was very thorough in ensuring everything was in perfect working order.A couple of days after the initial job, I noticed some water in a container I had placed under the sink and feared there was a leak. Despite it being late at night, Alex promptly came over to inspect the situation, demonstrating his commitment to customer service. He meticulously checked the entire system, including running the dishwasher, and determined that the water was actually from before the repair, a detail I had overlooked.Alex was very understanding and didn't charge me for the follow-up visit, even though the issue was my mistake. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond really impressed me. I highly recommend Alex for any plumbing needs and will certainly call him again for future work.

The water valve and garden water valve in front of the water meter are leaking. New valves have been replaced and everything is normal now.

Alex replaced the check valve in our sump pump with a soft-close check valve. The sump pump now makes no noise - previously it would make a deafening THUNK every time it stopped, which could be heard everywhere in the house!

For years shower in master bathroom ran from cold to burning hot, heat adjustment valve never worked properly or at all and multiple attempts to have it fixed never worked. Until Alex came to the rescue! He found the problem, fixed it and now it is like having a new shower. such a pleasure.

Alex is the professional. the job was done on time this Friday morning with coordination with the Peel Water (required driveway water shutoff). You can trust his service; the job will be completed and explained. Recommended to anyone who needs quality plumbing.

Alex, a very nice person plus he did a great job. Called him about our problem, he arrived to do the job within 2 hours. Completed the job with 30 minutes. Great job Alex, thank you very much. Considering having him back to do some more work. Alex even cleaned up after the job. Bathroom looked like it did before he arrived. What husband would to that? (LOL)

Had new washer and hoses installed. Shut off valve start leaking. Submitted service request and Alex returned call same-day. Came next morning and replaced.
