Alex was very responsive and completed my repair quickly and efficiently. The area was kept clean and free of dirt and scraps. I have already recommended Alex and his company.

I moved into a new home and the shower water temperature control was broken. I tried contacting different plumbers but they didn't have the parts and had no suggestions on how to proceed, probably the reason the previous homeowner left it broken. When I finally contacted Alex he instructed me on how to get the parts and when the parts arrived he came and fixed it. Perfect service, it was easy to communicate and schedule using messages, he arrived on time, fixed the issue, explained how to extend the life of the control valve and now everything is working great.

After posting my issue (sump pump failure and frozen discharge pipe) on Home Stars, Alex reached out to me promptly. He's extremely friendly and explained the issue to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. I sent a few images of the issue and he assessed it even before seeing the issue in person. It's obvious Alex knows his stuff!! When he arrived, he was incredibly professional and took care of the issue. I could not be happier! The next time we have a plumbing issue, we will be contacting Alex. Thank you so much, Alex!!

I suspected a small leak in a 15-year old toilet. Called Alex, and described the issue, sent him a couple of photos and he called me back. He said it could be a small repair, or might need to replace the toilet. He was available the next day. I purchased a new toilet and Alex came by to inspect the existing one. He called in advance to let me know when he would arrive, which was very much appreciated. There was a damaged seal, and we agreed it made sense to just replace the toilet. Done in under an hour, clean-up, took old toilet to the garage for later removal to curb. Price as quoted. On top of everything else, Alex is a really nice man with an interesting background. I enjoyed speaking with him while he worked. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Alex responded promptly to my request, checked out the issue on the phone, set a time to come and came right on time. He and his apprentice fixed both toilets, he explained what had been happening and how to avoid the problem as much as possible in the future. The price seemed very reasonable for his time and expertise, and he is a pleasant and helpful person to consult. I would definitely call him again, and recommend him to a friend looking for a plumber.

I was concerned about an exterior water shut off valve that seemed to be leaking, especially with the cold weather now upon us. I found the company on HomeStars and their reviews, all recent, were tops. I called Alex, sent him pictures before he came over to make sure he had the right parts and quoted the price prior to coming. He was very professional, arrived on time and did a great job. Alex and his company are on my contact list for a plumber and I have already shared my great experience with family and friends.
