Arrived right on time. Professional, excellent work and very helpful with my questions. Will use in the future

Requested for a quote and Alex provided a prompt response and quick repair. Plumbers were very knowledgeable when they arrived and got to work right away.

Alex came on the same day because my basement ceiling had more water droplets than a ceiling should (ie more than zero). He evaluated the problem, told me what the options were, and made recommendations based on his experience and what he was seeing. Alex is immediately credible and gives you confidence that the job will be done well, and done right. I have no reservations fully recommending Alex for any plumbing job great or small. You won't be sorry.

Best plumbing company out there 100%! Alex is professional, honest, trustworthy & thorough. He called just before arriving, arrived on time, & both he and Marian put protected booties on their feet as they entered my home. Alex and Marian fixed all of the mistakes that the previous plumber made. I will only call Alex from now on for all plumbing jobs.

Niko and the company are what you are looking for. Not only did he diagnose/ find the leak in the walls within minutes, he explained what was happening and what needed to be done. Part of the main stack replaced with minimal cutting. In and out within hours. Left the place like they were never there at all. Niko is now on my speed dial.

Alex was very patient with us as he guided us through a shower leak that had a difficult access. He was on time, very professional, cleaned up the work site and was easy to have in our home. We would recommend Alex and Award Plus to anyone needing a plumber.

Excellent communication and service. Our Toilet was loose and was leaking into the basement. They fixed it, and it has resolved all our leaks. They did a great job explaining the issue and what had to be done to be repaired. The job was done as quoted, and I would use them again for any plumbing issues.

I contacted Award Plus because of the great reviews on here, and I was not disappointed! Alex responded quickly, was clear and informative, arrived punctually, worked efficiently and thoroughly, and left a spotless work area behind. This is my second time using Alex from Award Plus Plumbing, so it was no surprise that he was quick, honest and did an amazing job once again. I now refer to Alex as "my plumber", and will continue to call him for any jobs as needed. He gave me a quote for fixing the plumbing on two sinks and a toilet replacement, after asking for a couple pics under the sink so that he could see what he was working with. He offered multiple times within a couple days (including that evening!) to complete the work, showed up on time and fixed everything perfectly. He charged exactly what he quoted, and on top of all that, he is such a friendly, nice guy! Thanks Alex!
