AwardPlus is A+++++++++++ With so many 10 out of 10 HomeStars reviews, I had to give AwardPlus a call. It did not take long to understand why Alex and his company are so reputable. He truly values you as a customer being very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Alex offered competitive pricing billed by the job (not by the hour), responded promptly, demonstrated excellent customer service, and delivered outstanding workmanship for numerous jobs. He worked hard and efficiently to get the job done right and correct previous jobs done wrong. Alex works quickly but also never made me feel like he was in a rush despite all my questions. If you are not happy with something, Alex is sure to correct it, offering numerous options within your budget. He also cleaned up any minor mess that was made, something I have not seen many other tradespeople do to the extent that Alex does. As an added bonus, he gave our puppy the attention he wanted and kept him entertained while working. We had great sidebar conversations with quite a few laughs. I can't thank Alex enough for the work he has done. Highly recommend AwardPlus and Alex as your first call for any plumbing need!

From the first contact with Alex it was obvious that he thinks of his customers. Very prompt, provided photos of the new faucet, offered a convenient time for the service and was very punctual. The communication is outstanding, the work was done quickly and with care, the quality is very good, we are very satisfied with this job. This is the second plumbing job that he did for us, if we will need work done in the future we will definitely hire him again.

Came by within an hour of speaking with them. We had a serious lavatory sink blockage, made worse by our own attempts at unclogging it. Alex came in, sorted out the clog, replaced the u joint, explained exactly what happened, how it happened, and preventative measures for future occurrences. We were charged exactly what we were quoted for all of the work, and he finished up within the hour. Would definitely reach out again for future problems, and am extremely satisfied with the exemplary service. Thank you!

I had a dripping faucet in my shower. I found Award Plus Plumbing on HomeStars and sent them an e mail with my information. Alex returned my message within a half hour and we made an appointment for him to come the following day. Alex arrived earlier than we had originally planned and was terrific. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and even did a quick examination of some of the other plumbing in the house to make sure there were no problems. He was quick, friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to use Award Plus for any further work.

Alex, the owner, was prompt, friendly and professional from start to finish. He squeezed my emergency water tank replacement into an already busy day, working well into the evening. Alex and his apprentice worked efficiently and considerately, leaving the work area tidy and clean at the end of the day. A neighbour of mine later asked who Alex was, pointing out that he had been very considerate when parking his van on our busy street, even helping to remove some snow from her driveway. Excellent service throughout.

He came ahead of time solved my problems both a clogged sink and put new gear in the toilet so it would run better - responds so fast he is a gem !!

Alex responded promptly, was very polite and provided an estimate immediately. He was able to complete the job within a few hours at the price quoted! It was a fairly simple job, but great to have it over with quickly.

Where start I begin..Alex came to my rescue and hooked up a dishwasher and fixed the issue in the bathroom sink. Not only is he an excellent plumber but also a great person who takes pride in what he does to make the customer happy. I would highly recommend Alex at Award Plus Plumbing.

My tub faucet was dripping and had to replace my shower cartridge. Shower handle was calcified, so Alex replaced my handle as well. He was quick and answered all of my questions. I would recommend to anyone.
