It was totally seamless and care free for me, as I was handling an estate sale of the townhouse being cleaned. Dirt Dragger was on time, the value for money was great. I would recommend them in a heart beat

At first thought this company was going to be great as they were able to accommodate me before Xmas. Guys that came were very friendly and efficient . Stairs were great but baseboards damaged. Have reached out to company twice now last time Dec 27 and still no response. This is the reason for the low rating. After my review owner did get in contact with me and we came to a resolution. Therefore I have changed my rating.

Mohamad was a pleasure to deal with. Very polite and professional. Responded promptly to my questions, explained their process and arrived on time to complete the work. Carpets looked great - very happy with the results. He was able to get them looking new again. The cost was a bit higher than some of the other quotes I received, but the service was well worth it. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Dirt Dragger to friends and family.
