SVD removed our small builder grade deck and replaced it with a spacious concrete backyard patio. They also created a walkway at the front of the house. They only took a small deposit and the project was done quickly, with great quality and at a very competitive price. Our family continues to enjoy the work and since then Petro has become a hunting and fishing partner!

Amazing work. Guys we’re very understanding that I was hosting a house party and needed the work done urgently. Three days to complete the entire project and wouldn’t accept payment until the end other than a 300 deposit. Highly recomeneded and extremely transparent with work details.

My concrete stairs needed repair and resurfacing, a part of the metal railing had rusted and detached from the base, and some brickwork required replacement and parging. I contacted SVD Restoration and Peter arrived in the evening to provide a quote. Although Peter had suggested there may be a wait for the work to get started, the job was actually completed ahead of schedule. Peter and his skilled crew did an excellent job. Peter coordinated his team to efficiently complete the job in about four working days. The end results show the the craftsmanship of all involved. It is clear that Peter and his team are proud of what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend SVD Restoration.

Everything happened quickly and was done well. We had a quote within 24 hours, workers at our house the same week and all the work was done in a day. Couldn't be happier with this service!

Our company hired SVD Restoration to remove and parking gate island and reform and pour a new island. Three knowledgeable staff arrived on time and equipped to do this job. They were very friendly and helped us do extra work outside of the scope of work given to them. The final result was impressive to say the least. We have called them for a second job since. I called Petro & Vasyl to advise on my old concrete porch, we came to agreement to replace all. They worked over the long weekend and finished the project. Very Happy with outcome and where recommended to my friend.

Petra & Vasyl were prompt, professional and polite. I had 4 stone steps at my front entrance abutting my house and interlocking driveway. The original interlocking company did not place the correct foundation for such heavy solid stone steps and with time these steps were sinking and the attached wrought iron railing was pulling away from the house. Not only was this unsightly but also, an accident waiting to happen. I placed my Homestars request online and within hours these men came out to my job site, evaluated the job, quoted a fair price and started the work the next day. They are very knowledgeable and work meticulously to perfect the project.
