I had SVD (Petro) create an opening in a block wall for me to facilitate a renovation within our workspace. SVD was incredible to work with...very flexible on timing and scheduling, Petro contacted me immediately to discuss the work. Price was very fair, and quality was excellent. Clean up job was very well done. Overall SVD was great to work with, I would highly recommend them and will likely be using them again for concrete/block masonry related work. SVD-RESTORATION completed concrete repair work on the Front porch and concrete stairs. The old sealant was removed to the original concrete, all cracks were sealed and new layers of concrete and paint was applied. SVD were friendly, professional and reliable. Awesome Job!!!

We had an old concrete siding in a front of the house, so we decided to replace it. At the first time in 2015 we have done a concrete in a front of the house with the concrete step in affront of the main door, and it appears pretty nice and solid. Then year later we decided to have concrete around the house, just to make sure that there is a waterproof done. We're very happy with the done work for our home. SVD-RESTORATION is the BEST.

We had had some problems with my garage floor. Uneven level, big cracks and it seemed like it had been done by amateurs before.After an inspection we realized that all floor needed to be replaced. Seemed like an impossible and very expensive task. I found SVD-Restoration and in a couple of days everything was finished! They demolished the old floor, did an amazing job with a new one. Cleaned everything. It has been two years and there is no cracks or any issues. GREAT JOB! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Would definitely recommend them to all my friends!

SVD-RESTORATION completed concrete repair work on the soffit of courtyard/apartment building garage. The scope was extensive with lots of cracked and spalled concrete and a paint finish. SVD were diligent, professional and reliable. Great Job!!!

My old deck was falling apart and in certain areas was out of level. It was beyond simply renovating. I needed a new deck. Upon research and personal consultations with past customers I decided to hire SVD Restoration for the job. Construction jobs can be stressful but I have to give a lot of credit to these guys as everything was completed in the utmost professional manner. They completely dismantled the old deck, replaced all the old concrete support columns, leveled flooring support and then installed a new deck with new railings. Now it looks even bigger and feels much more firm. I have personally seen them dig the holes to pour the concrete for columns and upon witnessing their work I can safely say this deck will last me for many many years! The floor is perfectly leveled and the stain application is top notch! The clean up after the job was completed was spotless and all that was left for our family was to enjoy our brand new deck! If you are looking for a professional and reliable company who can get a job done to your satisfaction then I definitely recommend SVD Restoration!
