From the initial consultation, they were professional, clear in their communication, and transparent about the process and costs. The team arrived on time and worked efficiently. The post is solid and precisely installed, giving me peace of mind about the structural integrity of my basement. They also left the area tidy, which I really appreciated. I hired Larcon to replace the old brick posts supporting the main beam in my basement. Holden gave a thorough assessment of the job answering all of my questions. The quote was very reasonable and the job was completed in the estimated time frame. Staff were professional and the work site was left clean and organized at the end of each work day. I can honestly say that Holden and his team at Larcon are one of the best teams we have worked with when renovating our house. They are easy to work with, will explain everything (even when I ask a lot of question), installed a solid beam and left the place in great shape. We used them back in 2019 and were so happy with the work that we called them back when we needed to replace another old beam in 2024. We had a 100-year-old beam that had been notched for ducts by a previous owner and Larcon replaced with a new steel beam in our basement. I would recommend them to anyone looking for structural wall removal or beam replacements hands down.

Our garage has accumulated many makeshift additions over the decades of previous ownership. Some of those additions were attached to the garage frame and it was not clear whether they served a structural purpose. Holden inspected the garage, clearly explained the purpose of the many components of the garage and also removed the additions that were attached to the frame. I would definitely recommend Larcon Structural for all your framing needs.

Larcon Structural did a fantastic job reframing my once inaccessible attic for my new storage room. Holden was able to fit me in on short notice. He and his crew worked in very tight conditions, and on the hottest 3 days of the summer to get the new floor joists and collar ties in place. Each joist was pocketed and set in non-shrink grout and they took extra pains to make sure everything was nice and level. They took care to do a very neat and tidy job. I'm already planning my next project for them to do.

If you are looking to removal a load bearing wall, these are the guys. Very professional and communicative, we renovated our main floor by removing two load bearing walls. Holden was very informative with the different options available regarding the replacement beams and the overall process. He also provided outside of working hours support when we were removing the drywall in preparation for their job and ran into some issues. They were also able to accommodate the requested change to the scope of the project without any hassle.
