We had a great experience with Joe and Sophia and their crew. They gave us some great design advice and worked with me to accommodate an unusual request. We love our front yard again and our neighbours have commented how beautiful it looks. We heartily recommend them!

Working with STC builders has been an absolute pleasure in 2022. Havent had the time to post our review earlier. They have helped us out tremendously, side walkway, patio, and multi level cedar deck in the king area. Much appreciated and will definitely recommend them to anybody in the Gta. Not the cheapest guys but worth every penny. You get smart advice and they always tell you the truth re; designs - changed my stone multiple times to match my exterior brick stone. Built in island was simple and clean which is what we were looking for to entertain our family and friends in our backyard. They offer workmanship warranty which gives me a peace of mind unlike other contractors. Thank you

STC builders and the whole team get the job done! My backyard was completely out of shape and unattended.. The owner Joe took the time to understand what we wanted and our vision, and got to work immediately on a plan that would meet our needs. Within a week, the team started the work and the job was done over the weekend. They were fast, efficient, careful and the attention to detail was amazing. Hard working group of individuals that are truly skilled in this field. If you are looking for a landscaping company that will put your needs first and truly make sure your vision comes to life, I highly recommend STC builders and will be working with them again in the future!

We found STC builders from homestars and boy let me say -they didnt disappoint us! From the start to finish everything was handled very professionally and they accommodated our wishes immediately. Joe was very pleasant to deal with and he scheduled different pros just at the right time. Everything flew smoothly. We had old deck demolished and new deck installed, stone pad for future shed, walkway, steps and window wells installed. We also had existing flower bed removed and new bed installed. Remaining area of yard completely sodded and new modern sprinkler system installed. We also had the whole backyard drainage system installed. Needless to say that we are extremely satisfied with STC builders. Special thank you to Junior and Cesar. Junior was always first to come and last to leave. He is very hard worker and extremely precise and neat everything he does. Cesar made sure that everything flowed seamlessly and made sure that our every wish was filled to the T. His deck building skills are suberb. All the workers were great to deal with but Junior and Cesar really stood out to us. Thank you STC builders -we will contact you in the future for sure!

Excellent contractor and when you see the before and after results you'll be amazed as I was. The quality of material and work was very professional. I highly recommend.

My front yard had a dying hedge and overgrown Yew tree. The porch floor was rotting. I tried several landscapers who felt the job was too small or seemed put off that I didn't have a clear idea of what i wanted. Then Joe from STC visited and came up with a plan that involved a stone retaining wall and walkway, a bush, boxwood, yews and perennials. The porch floor and steps were to be replaced but the railings, in good condition, were to be retained. A neighbour knew about the work to come and hired Joe to . reconfigure and repave their parking spot at the same time. There was a revolving cast of workers, depending on the task, but all of them were friendly and worked hard, sometimes in brutal heat and humidity. Any unforeseen problems were instantly resolved. Oh, and my neighbor was delighted too.

Well prepared substrate allowed to settle and .tamped prior to paving. Paving day retamped and careful application of asphalt without damage. Team lead checked for quality and team member following some of his own iniative cleaned the street of debris.

I highly recommend STC Builders. Joe and his crew completely renovated my backyard: built new patio, planted cedar trees and turf, installed a new pergola on the patio. They also re-paved the path on the side of the house. Everything we agreed on was completed on time and exactly matched my expectations. Joe always answered all my questions in great detail. They are very professional and experienced at what they do. From day one they inspired trust. The entire experience was great!

We have a small backyard in bad need of a makeover. After calling several contractors to get a quote, and many disappointing prices, or no response at all, along came Joe. We became friends almost immediately. He is an accomplished professional, and a very decent man. We took our time fine tuning what was to be done. I received an estimate detailing the work and the cost involved. On the agreed date, the workers showed up very early, their supervisor, Dominic was very professional, laid the expectations clearly, when I asked for additional work (the landing and the trees), the quote was calculated and a receipt provided. The work was done diligently. I was very satisfied with the end result, we went over the estimate by requesting trees, and also rebuild the landing at the front of the house. The backyard was completed back in 2019. I am still in touch with Joe until now, he did additional work for me, but also because I can count him among my friends.

Joe and the STC builders team completed our dream backyard renovation (interlock patio & back door landing with pergola, outdoor kitchen, vegetable garden/garden beds) during the summer of 2020. We first contacted Joe in spring of 2019 for a quote/drawing and from day 1 Joe was extremely professional, reliable and very down to earth...we hit it off immediately! He listened to everything we wanted and gave us many suggestions as well throughout the entire process of the renovation. Joe and his entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with!! From the start of the project the team was working on site every single day (except when no materials were available due to COVID!), always very hard working and professional, and especially Caesar who always took time to answer all my questions! Most importantly to me and my husband was that if something was done that was not to our liking or was a mistake it was always rectified and fixed. In the end, the quote provided was what we paid (no surprises!), and we are extremely happy with the space. We are actually having STC come back this spring to finish the space off with a hot tub and landscaping because we enjoyed working with them so much!! Thank you for a wonderful space to spend time with our family and friends!
