Poor customer service
Purchased double front doors, first winter I felt cold air blow in, and the doors actually froze shut so I couldn't open them! I actually wanted storm doors but was suckered in to replace the entire double door entry way. Nothing wrong with original doors, except one door needed window repaced. In the winter I called for service, called when I was at work and asked them to call back in 10 minutes, they never did. I got sidetracked and never followed up. Now I'm hiring another company to supply and install the storm doors I originally wanted, at half the price. Their salesman said the storm doors would have cost 4000., same price as new doors. Should have kicked him out of the house.
