Honest and great customer service; communicate efficiently over emails. They were able to provide an initial quote right away. I am very impress with their honesty and transparency. Marco showed up on time, he was friendly, knowledgable and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any work around the house.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Jessica in the front office and Jeremy on-site. My stair rail was unusable - the railing had been unsteady for years and, more recently, balusters had detached from the handrail and some screws were stripped and broken off. Jeremy took it all apart, flipped one baluster and re-drilled a hole in it, and used strong adhesive and nails to re-secure the balusters. Stair rail is now better than ever. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful....and worked quickly. I won't hesitate to use Fix-It Friend for other projects.

Incredible Customer Service - (1) Jessica, Marketing/Operations /Administrator/Co-Ordinator - amazing - so prompt, efficient, knowledgeable - responded to my query within 5 minutes and promptly coordinated all arrangements. (2) Jeremy - so prompt, logical, creative, smart, kind, patient - presenting suggestions on how to resolve the issue. Very personable and spotless clean - felt very comfortable with him in my home. The top portion of a fence ( latticework) was damaged and needed to be repaired. I looked up carpenter handyman on the internet and Fix It Friend popped up on my screen. Jeremy understood exactly what needed to be fixed. He had me take pictures so he knew how much to purchase at Home Depot. He arrived promptly at the arranged time. He came prepared with all wood, lattice and tools to do the repair. Jeremy is friendly and a great carpenter. I would not hesitate to recommend Fix it Friend to anyone who needs a Handyman.

Jeremy is a first rate craftsman and carpenter. We needed to replace a custom-made garden gate that was damaged beyond repair. Jeremy built us a perfect replica in just a few days using better materials, stronger screws, better finish and an ultra-precise fit. He installed it beautifully, worked efficiently and brings a kind of sunny joy to his craft. His bid was competitive with another who’d previously done work for us – and the quality and service was much better. He’ll be on our speed dial from now on. I've been meaning to write this for a few months. I had a small specialty welding request. The work was completed quickly and correctly. He was well organized and had a very positive attitude. He has a wide range of skills and I will likely hire him again for other jobs. I would recommend him to my friends.

I just wanted to say that I was extremely happy with the service which Jeremy provided. Jeremy is a professional who is quick and skilled in completing all your handy man needs. As soon as I met Jeremy, I knew that he was the right person to hire, since he has a very friendly and positive vibe. He installed all the roller shades in my home, hung up picture frames, fixed and patched up cracks in my walls, setup curtain rods, and spray painted some of my furniture which we wanted a chrome colour. Overall I would highly recommend Jeremy's service, and he's as reliable as they come!
