I can’t say enough about Derek and his crew who recently replaced my roof. When you talk to Derek about roofs, you get the sense that he is a detail guy! A quality you want your roofer to have! That quality sold me initially and it becomes quite obvious that Derek is a guy you can trust. The job was completed within the timeline Derek had outlined and he and his crew were very professional and friendly. Every day I was impressed with the amount of work completed. Derek showed up regularly through-out the job and gave oversight to his crew, ensuring that the job was completed to his high standards. Near the end of the job, Derek stayed quite late one night ensuring that the flashing and finishing touch-ups were competed before the rains came the following day. Even after we had settled accounts, Derek came back to my house to do some touch ups that he remembered. Thank you again Derek for the great job that you and your crew completed on my house! I have recommended you to my family, friends and colleagues.

Derek and his crew did a great job replacing the roof on our home. The consultation, workmanship, communication, speed of work and cleanup were all excellent. We could not be happier with both the service and final product.

We enjoyed seeing how well Derek knew his work, plus his good cheer, courtesy, and the other skilled workers that he brought in as needed. He protected our gardens from the old roofing as it was thrown down, and did a great cleanup as they worked and at the finish.

We watched Derek and his crew replace a neighbour’s cedar roof and were so impressed with what we saw that we engaged his services after requesting a quote. Because our roof is identical to the neighbour’s, we knew exactly what to expect and Derek delivered. His crew was efficient and did an excellent job on both the torch on and the cedar, and Derek was frequently on site to ensure the work met his exacting standards. The materials used were premium grade cedar shakes (not shingles), so we are confident that our roof will withstand the rains for many years to come! Derek is a stickler for details, and did most of the finer touches, like diverters and chimney stack assembly, himself, always checking to see if we were satisfied with the results. The work site was left clean and tidy by the roofers, and Derek completed the final cleanup himself. We found him to be agreeable, communicative, professional, and very customer service oriented, and would highly recommend Accountable Roofing Services to anyone wanting work done to the highest standards. Well worth the investment!

I noticed Accountable Roofing had done work in our neighbourhood. I approached Derek regarding getting our roof done . Right away you could tell he was a standup guy. He got back to me right away and inspected the roof , gave me a very fair quote with no sales pressure. The roof looks great , and Derek’s number one priority was customer satisfaction.
