Derek is very polite, clean and professional. He told me what the best replacement skylight would be, explained why, and gave me a run down on the replacement process. His price was reasonable based on other estimates we got. He did some additional roof repairs and his cost estimates were accurate, with no surprises. After he replaced the skylight I noticed some gaps in the trim on the inside. I asked him if that would cause problems, but he told me it's the remains of the original and it wasn't an issue. He then offered to come back to remove the skylight and replace the trim at no additional cost. It looks great now. We'll be calling on Accountable Roofing Services for all our roofing needs and highly recommend this company.

Thank you to Derek and his crew for a great re roofing job on our home. Derek was very thorough in explaining the work, the process, and materials required to complete our project. There were some deficiencies discovered along the way from the previous roof install that Derek advised us about and corrected to insure things were made right. Communication was great from start to finish. Derek did an excellent job of fine tuning the installation, cleaning the property, and provided a walk through and overview of the completed job. Would recommend Derek and Accountable Roofing for any of your roofing projects!

We had a new roof installed recently. Derek and his crew did a excellent job. Here are couple things I really like: 1. Good communication. The job started couple days later than we planned due to bad weather, and Derek text me and explained to me what happened and what's the plan etc. 2. Very quick response. Sometimes I sent Derek messages during the weekends and sometimes even at night. And Derek is very nice and able to reply to my question very quickly. 3. Good price and high quality job. Very professional done. Derek sent me couple photos while they are working on the roof to keep me updated. Very nice. And they did a good leaning job too when the job is done. Leave no garbage behind. Very professional. I already recommend him to couple of my friends.

A tree fell on our loft roof Sunday early morning resulting in two large holes. We called three roofing companies on Sunday and Derek was the only one that could come next day to take a look. His price was reasonable and he had a crew do the job right away. They did an awesome job replacing sheeting and shingles and cleanup.Monday evening it is raining but we no worries about rain damage to our loft. Would recommend his team for any roofing job .

Derek and his crew did an excellent job of re-shingling our roof. In particular, Derek kept us informed during all aspects of the job, with all questions asked by us, answered in an easy to understand manner. Do to weather and sun some of the cedar siding had been damaged over the years. Derek did an excellent job replacing what was necessary and completed a few extra requests without complaint and with no additional charges. Derek's personality made it easy to work with him and we have no hesitation in recommending him to friends, neighbors/acquaintances.

We had new shingles installed back in August, 2017 and we were very pleased with all the work. Our shingles are perfectly fine but recently we heard some squirrels in our attic. We looked at the roof and there appeared to be a small opening right beside a vent on our roof. My husband phoned Derek & left a message & Derek came out right the same day that he phoned him!! And then he covered up the small hole with some wire mesh and so the problem was solved! And Derek did not charge us anything for this work. We would definitely recommend Derek to do any new shingles!

We recently had our 26 year old cedar roof replaced with GAF fiberglass shingles by Derek and his crew, There was some rot in the barge boards and Derek replaced those. He and his crew were very professional, honest, helpful and meticulous - they took pride in their work and the roof with the extra finishing touches looks great. Clean-up was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Derek and his crew for any type of roofing job.

Derek and his crew came to our house and reroofed both the house and garden shed during the terrible heat wave last month. We found both Derek and his crew respectful of our property and wishes, and they did a great job for us. They took care not to damage our flowerbeds and patio roof. Our property was left clean when they were finished, and the work was performed as quoted and expected. We thank Derek and his crew for their professionalism. Derek and his crew completed this job in 3 days. The roof looks great. I had one or two shingles lift due to abnormal temperatures and he came out to look at them at 8pm after his working day. He recommended they get replaced. He also has given me advice and equipment to com0lete my shed roof as a home project. Great guy, great job!

Derek and his crew did a great job, very quick, they finished our house in 3 days even though there were some unforeseen issues with the roof framing, luckily they had a framing person available who fixed the issue and still finished on time.
