Derek Moyes did a great job of overseeing the replacement of all of our shingles. He also installed two new skylights above our garage. Our house has kind of a tricky roof--lots of little areas that must have been difficult to do. And also all of the roofers had to work in some extreme heat!! We did have a problem with a few of the shingles being stained--by the drainpipe people. But Derek sent two men over just this morning to replace the stained shingles. Our house looks super!! Nice & new looking!

Derek from Accountable Roofing did an amazing job of making us completely happy with our new roof and gutter system. We chose a less common pattern that is a real show stopper. Our neighbors are already booking quotes with Accoubtable. Great job Derek!

We had our roof replaced with Derek and Accountable Roofing after seeing the exceptional work that he did for our neighbor's roof. He did not disappoint with good pricing and exceptional service. Derek worked hard to ensure we were satisfied with the finished product and that there were no concerns. Any issues that he noticed or that we brought up were dealt with promptly. I am very pleased with the professional job Derek and his crew did at a very competitive price. The weather was extremely hot when they installed my roof and gutters. They worked through the heat and managed to complete the job on time. The clean up was remarkable. They finished the job without leaving a single piece of debris behind. Shortly after the job was complete we had a horrendous wind storm that knocked down some of my soffits. This was not related to the work Derek did but he came out to my home and repaired the soffits during the storm to prevent further damage. I found Derek to most accommodating and provided exceptional customer service which is rare in todays climate. My neighbours were also impressed and will call on Derek when they replace their roof.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Derek and his crew from Accountable Roofing Services. Totally professional right from the start. Great work and advice on my asphalt shingle and torch-on for my low slope roof. I have had bad work done on my roof in the past by other companies. Derek has restored my faith that there are roofers out there that actually care about doing top quality work for a reasonable price. My roof was a complete re-roof. Plywood, facia, trim etc. Derek's crew lead by Dan was great. Excellent quality materials and workmanship comes with an unbeatable warranty. I would highly recommend Derek to anyone.

The boss is responsible, make sure we satisfied the work. He always re check after his partner done the work. So if someone looking for more responsible roof worker, it might be a good choice. The gutter also can add cover, so it save the work and expense for cleaning the gutter.

Allan had a well organized large crew, job was choreographed to plan each person knew what was required. When all was complete Derek power washed everything , tidied up even the smallest bit of debris. We are very satisfied with their work, good manners, feel privileged to have them do our roof. I am a site supervisor for a general contracting construction company. I have dealt with many sub-trades over my last 30 years, and I must say I was extremely pleased with the professional work Derek and his crew did with my roof and gutters. October 25, 2016 To whom it may concern: Derek, owner of Accountable Roofing was extremely easy to deal with. He was efficient and fast to provide me with a reasonable quote. His work crew was prompt at beginning work on the roof and finished most of the project in 4 days. Derek is very " hands on" and took pride in completing many of the smaller jobs himself and usually remained on site almost until dark in order to complete these tasks. He is very particular that all work is done to the highest standards and that includes every facet including the shingles, flashings, down pipes, skylights, etc. It is unusual for a contractor not to take a deposit before beginning a project but Derek said he did not require a deposit and would take the final cheque only when the job was finished to my satisfaction. Accountable roofing did an outstanding installation of my new roof and I would highly recommend his company to do roofing work on any of my friend's, neighbours' or family's homes.
