Derek is a true professional. 11 months ago we replaced our roof and were very happy with their service. Last night, during a hailstorm, we discovered a minor leak at 12:30 a.m. Derek came by at 1 a.m. and helped us deal with it. Today we discovered it was due to clogged gutters as we back onto a green belt and have many trees around our home. Derek went above and beyond and we are so thankful that we hired this company in the first place. They are honest, have integrity and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Last year my neighbour hired Derek to replace their roof. They received lots of different quotes, but decided to go with Derek. I watched the work and was very impressed to see Derek there each day to check the work being done. So this year when it was time for me to get a new roof, I didn't hesitate to go with Derek at Accountable Roofing. The roof took only a day to finish and Derek came the next day to inspect and do a few extras. I love my new roof and am extremely happy with the workmanship. Also Derek was a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him and his company highly.

Great job! We love our new roof! Derek and his crew replaced our old cedar shake roof with a new asphalt shingle roof. They worked on a difficult roof in difficult weather and were professional and considerate throughout the process. Their clean up after the job was completed could not have been better. They left our property cleaner than when they arrived! And everything was done for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend them!

My 90 year old mother needed a new roof and Derek took care of everything from providing a completely understandable and competitive quote to ensuring that every last bit of debris was removed from the site upon completion. I can't say enough how Derek and his team went above and beyond what a standard company would have provided - their attention to detail was exceptional and they made sure that whatever surprises came up when the old roof was removed was taken care of. Derek Moyes is like no other owner of a trades company that I've worked with. When I expressed interest in a quote during his sales visit he asked me to give him a few minutes, he climbed his ladder and started taking measurements. The quote that he provided me that day was the final number for the project. Unlike other roofing companies Derek returned my calls during peak season. The project went smoothly, there were no delays, everything happened as Derek has told me it would go. Derek's crew were incredibly professional and respectful. In fact, a neighbor of mine came over to "speak to the person in charge" only to compliment them on the work they were doing. They took every opportunity to ensure trees and shrubs were protected, debris was collected. Even when we did the final walk around Derek was searching and located some small pieces that I didn't notice. Whenever Derek and I interacted he would always ask me how things were going and whether I was happy and whether I had any concerns. Job well done Accountable Roofing team! We have a large 25,000 sq ft church building that needed a combination of flat roof and shake conversion done. We finally had to bite the bullet and get our roof re-done. Accountable did the job wonderfully. What is more important to me is the response to any problems and availability in case of an issue. Accountable proved they are only a call away.
