Great service from Pro Air Duct Cleaning and a job well done! This appointment was setup for us through Furnace King when we purchased a new furnace and AC in our new home. Michael from Pro Air did a great job - worked thoroughly and cleanly. Was happy to answer my questions and it was apparent that he took great pride in his work. Great job and thank you!

I have had the ducts cleaned a couple of times by different companies and nobody took the time to explain what they would be doing or showed us just how dirty the vents were. Pro Air actually unscrew the vents from the wall vs sticking their tools through the vents and bending them. We bought the house new and in one vent it was clear that the dust had been there for 20 years. They even found an empty milk carton from construction. Proof that other companies didn’t do a thorough job. Don certainly knew what he was doing and pointed out that one area was missing drywall. We never knew. He (and Arash, in training) did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves when finished. I will be recommending this company to my friends and would definitely use them again myself.

This company did an excellent job at a fair and reasonable price. The workmen were very professional, knew what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves when finished. Arrived on time, did the job, about 2 hours, and left, on time. I highly recommend them for a very professional job. These people are a competent service provider.

They explained to each step of the process, and showed me what they found. Although the builder claims they clean the ducts before transferring the home to you, when we looked into the ducts we saw debris, concrete and plaster. This is because they cleaned the ducts before carpetting, and swept things into the ducts to clean up after the duct cleaning. So we were glad that we hired a duct cleaner. Although it's more expensive than other duct cleaners, we used them based on referrals, and don't mind paying more for quality service. They exceeded our expectations, and we will refer them to all our friends.
