Peter at Phantom Flooring refinished our century home wood floors and did an amazing job. We were deciding between refinishing vs overlaying luxury vinyl planks over the decades old flooring that was seriously worn. Peter's confidence that he could bring the old floors back to life by refinishing was accurate as the 'old' floors look amazing and keep the traditional wood that complements this special century home much better than vinyl. Peter did a great job repolishing my oak floors with quality products. My floors look beautiful and like new afterwards. He charges reasonably, came promptly and was very helpful in giving me tips as to how to look after my floors to avoid any future damage.

Our family has been using peter for years for various projects (sanding, staining furniture, etc). i recently used him for my stacked townhome and worked out great. peter handled all removal of existing flooring and installed new flooring including baseboards, etc. he also sanded/stained staircase. he was very clean and had great communication/responsive (which i find is hard to find from trades). will continue to use him moving forward!

This is the second time that I've used Peter to sand and refinish hardwood floors for me. The floors in my house from 22 years ago still look great. I recently had him redo some old floors for a friend's house to get it ready for sale. The floors were in bad shape and now they look amazing. Peter is prompt and meticulous. Peter at Phantom Flooring refinished all of the floors in our Heritage Home 3 years ago and did a fabulous job. The floors still look amazing and he created the perfect stain colour for our wide plank floors. Just recently we renovated our kitchen which required adding some flooring and refinishing the kitchen area to match the rest of the room. Peter came right away and was able to match the staining for the old and new flooring. And get the job done quickly. It looks absolutely beautiful! He and his crew are a pleasure to work with, get things done quickly, and they are perfectionists on quality. Highly recommend this company!

I used Phantom Flooring 12 years ago to sand and finish my parquet flooring in my rental condo in Don Mills. After my tenant left this year the floors had some ware and required to be redone. I contacted Peter again for a quote and his price was right. Peter did a great job and even returned a third time for a second coat of urethane free of charge when he realized I was concerned with only having the two coats of sealer and only one coat of urethane. It was really nice to deal with a company which is honest and cares.

Peter and his team did an amazing job sanding and restaining our stairs throughout our house. They were very professional, on time, and made sure every detail was accounted for. Highly recommend Peter and his team for all your flooring needs. Cant say enough great things about them.
