Alla and her team provide an excellent service. The detail is impeccable. No spots missed, very efficient, super friendly. Never any damage to anything. I am super happy to find Golden Hands service, it really is a tremendous help in my life and allows me to spend more weekend time with my family as i trust this team to keep my home in as good quality cleaning as i would previously only have trusted myself to do. Great cleaning company with amazing staff! I like call it mom's cleaning style. We have been using them for more than 2 years and so far our experience has been great. The cleaning was for my parent's basement apartment. Since my parents are elderly and disabled, they are not able to keep their place clean by themselves. I try to do it myself, but I have a very hectic job and am always tired. As their only child, I felt very guilty for not being able to keep a clean space for my parents. But now that I have found Golden Hands, I can finally relax. I had a bad experience with a cleaner before, so I was hesitant to hire someone new, but Golden Hands totally exceeded my expectations. The amount of care and thought that was put into the cleaning was unlike any other experience I have had with a cleaner. They are wonderful people and they made me feel like they genuinely care about their clients. I will be coming back to them as a regular customer after this experience.
