I hired Landco living to update our old main bathroom. They did an amazing job making it new and functional. We had a few delays because of Covid but Trip and is team worked weekends to make up for lost time. I would recommend this company.

Trip and his crew from Land Co Living did an amazing job with my rear walkway. It was completed on schedule and on budget.

This was the most rewarding experience for us in terms of relationship, exact quote and result, the quality of work, and respect for the time frames to do the work. We will continue to work with this company and have already recommended them to our neighbours. More than glad that we experienced their professionalism......their work and the attention to the cleanliness when they were finished......good stuff.

Landco Living did a great renovation job. They listened to what I required and followed through. When challenges arose they worked easily with me to overcome them. Trip is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend for those who are a little tentative about or new to renovations to give them a call. Trip makes everything a breeze and puts your mind at ease. Pricing is fair. Not on the high side or low side. But I think the peace of mind they provide is invaluable.

Trip and his team were professional and efficient as they turned my backyard construction zone into a beautiful oasis. I appreciated Trips advice on my plans and the knowledge he provided. So happy with the outcomes! Neighbor's have been giving allllll the compliments!

Our corner lot and raised deck had us feeling exposed to the neighborhood, like we were living in a fishbowl. My husband wanted to put up a full-privacy wall but I was worried about losing the beautiful afternoon sunshine and sunsets. Trip’s great thinking to do a half privacy wall with moving privacy slats nailed both of our needs, allowing us to adjust the slats for the perfect amount of sunlight and privacy, as we wanted it. Our whole neighborhood is talking about the design and what it has visually added to our home’s curb appeal. Thank you, Trip, for finding us the perfect solution!

We wanted to transform our "forest " backyard into a play area for our 5 year old son. Not only did Trip help us with our vision but he utilized every space to make it into our own oasis. Trip helped us save so much money and he was transparent with all the costs upfront. Overall, we are very happy with Land Co Living.

Asked them to instal fence posts and do some backyard levelling. They were on time and fast and easy to deal with. Kip was amazing answering all my questions and very patient. Highly recommend!

Our fence had to be built atop a cement berm and it had to be solid. (Our neighbour keeps backing into it with his motor home.) Trip was cautious to ensure the most solid build while, at the same time, ensuring that our fence was attractive and added value to our property. Trip's suggested improvements are to be prized. Trip and his crew were friendly and considerate. Trip certainly goes the extra mile to provide a quality product with quality service at a competitive and affordable price. This is a 5-star company with a 5-star owner. Thank you Trip.

These guys at Land Co are awesome! I have a rental property that got completely trashed. Land Co had the main floor practically gutted and renovated, took just over a month. They were able to work with me on how to plan and redesign certain areas of the house (saved me some bucks on an interior designer, haha). They were also very personable, and every time I came to inspect the progress, they would walk me through what they were doing, what had to be done and what they will be moving on next to do. These guys were also quite knowledgeable. If there was a budget issue, they would offer me less expensive options or areas we could shift the budget from. They also referred me to Yuma Electrical Solutions for my electrical needs, this company was just as I had expected. Great companies refer other great companies. I was quite impressed with their work, I sometimes brought them lunches when I stopped by (I could tell they really appreciated the gesture and their productivity increased as well). I would also like to add, previous quotes to do what Land Co Living has done, were around the 50-65k range with estimated time of completion approximately 2 months; also had 1 outrages quote of $80k. I will be recommending Land Co Living for interior renovations, and I am sure I will be using them again for my other properties.
