    Simply The Best for Our Plumbing Needs

    Rob and his team had to do a superior job when dealing with a residence for a designer and engineer that are perfectionists and have a working knowledge of how to do things ourselves. Time had come to relinquish control if we could find a company to suit our needs. They worked with us when we had specific requests and were very transparent with everything they were doing. Initially we tended to hover but quickly realized they deserved our complete trust. We wanted only quality products and even when we supplied some of our own specialty items they knew exactly how to ensure everything was done perfectly. We've recommended them to friends who were also completely satisfied. Thanks Galaxy

    basement plumbing

    My general contractor recommended Galaxy Plumbing. I am so grateful I took the chance. Thank you Rob! So happy to find someone honest in this industry and not worry about being taken for a ride! Galaxy Plumbing will now be my plumbing company moving forward!

    My new plumbing hero

    In 2015, I had two bathrooms reno'd right back to the brick in an almost 100 year old house. Nothing here is ever straight forward, and in the 7 years since, we've had some recurring problems with drains and water leakage. The pandemic put my "get stuff fixed" schedule off, so I had a bit of a list to get through. Rob/Galaxy were referred to me by a trusted electrician. In spite of the fact that there were numerous problems, each one not cut 'n' dried, Rob came through. And he watched out for my dollars, always looking for solutions that would work without busting my bank. Grateful to him for putting up with the difficulties of an aging house, pleased with the results.

    Washroom fixtures repairs/replace

    We were having issues with 30-yr-old builder-installed plumbing fixtures in our washrooms and wanted to replace them without changing cabinets or retiling. Rob came out and assessed the situation, giving us options and advising on some things that couldn't be done without reworking the shower tiles. We could not have arrived at a solution on our own, without his advice. A few weeks later he came back on the date he originally committed to, and got the work done in one day, including installing two new sinks and faucets in the original cabinetry. Everything looked very professional, the final cost was close to his estimate (note it was not a firm quote), and they cleaned up after themselves very well. A month later we have had no issues with the work and are very satisfied.

    New plumbing stack & connections

    We had our old plumbing stack replaced, and new connections set up for a re-model. Rob was great, not only did he do what we needed done, but he made some great suggestions and recommendations to make things easier for us. Very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with, we will be using Galaxy again and soon.

    Plumbing service

    Fantastic job by Galaxy Plumbing! Appreciated the professionalism and informative service from this team. I was having toilet and sink back up issues which the technician was able to come and resolve on the same day I called in. At the same time, recommendations were shared to prevent similar issues in the future. Great attitude and top notch workmanship!

    Bathroom Renovation

    During the lockdown I decided to renovate the ensuite bathroom. I call on Rob from Galaxy Plumbing to assist in reconfiguring the plumbing rough inn (moving the toilet flange, sink drain shower and water pipes). Rob was great and explained as he progressed with the work. By the end of the day he finished all his work for me to proceed to the next step of closing the floor and walls. The project was success and the layout of the fixtures look great. I will use Rob for any future plumbing work or renovations .

    Plumbing

    Like many others this past winter I decided to put a outdoor rink in my backyard. Realized early into this that warm water for flooding the ice is the best way to a nice ice surface. Decided to reach out to Galaxy plumbing. They came to my house to tap into my sink and provide me with warm water outside. They installed a freeze free tap so I wouldn’t have to worry about the tap bursting. While they were there to do that. They realized that my plumbing under my sink wasn’t done very well by the builder. The pipes had very little slop which made it hard for the water to drain. They fixed that up for me. They were very professional and polite. Most of all very tidy. They clean up after themselves very well. I would highly recommend this team for any of your plumbing needs. Thanks again Galaxy plumbing.

    Bathroom Plumbing Service

    We own several condo units in the GTA and use Galaxy for plumbing service & maintenance. Most recently all our builder model toilets got upgraded and a water filtration system was installed under the kitchen sink of our own home. Very happy with the product knowledge and speed of service.

    My toilet is like brand new! :)

    Highly recommend Galaxy Plumbing! The service was very professional and friendly and plumber made sure to leave everything as clean as it was before. My toilet works like brand new now and I'm so happy I didn't have to spend money buying a new one. :)
