Came several times in preparation: drop off samples, and go on roof to provide detailed quote specific to my situation. Communicated throughout the process, and I am happy with the work completed and all the workers who performed the work. Yuriy was great to work with, flexible with timing, meticulous in cleanup, and provided a reasonable price for the quality and materials used.

My flat roof was in horrible disrepair as its well over 50+ years old and needed some TLC. They took only two days to demo roof, repair and replace roof surface. We also needed a new gutter and front metal work. There were some incidentals but everything was discussed and agreed upon prior to completion. Yuriy and his team were very professional and did an amazing job. The cleanup was so good, it was cleaner than when they got here. The team provides an excellent very professional service. Very fast and reliable. Very easy and ready to communicate. Very flexible operational hours, which is very important in emergency situation. After a strong storm I found several shingles on my backyard and the roof required emergency repair. I called Yuri and he provided me with a very competitive quote, compared to other roofers. He managed to arrive very fast and repair the roof just before the new snow storm. He provided me with the before/after pictures of the roof and also took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and explain all the problems with my house's roof, and list all economical options to replace the roof as a whole or partially. He explained to me options that I have never been aware of. His team is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I definitely recommend their service to everyone.

Yuriy replaced a flat roof on the semi-detached house and also neighbours at the same time. He did the job as quoted and within the time limit he promised. He did a very clean job with no mess and I'm very happy with the quality of work he did. Yuriy also pointed out extra work that had to be done at no charge. Fantastic job. I got Yuri as a referral from an acquaintance amd boy am I glad I called him! I needed some of my roof fixed because it was leaking. He came and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He showed me pictures of what was going on AND he did not try to pressure me to have the whole roof fixed when it did not need that. Yuriy and Bozhena were great to work with. Having the owner with a great deal of experience on the job site leading the project gave me the confidence of a job well done. All parts of the job were explained. We needed a lot of plywood replaced as the roof structure was 60 years old and Yuriy only did what was required after showing me all of the details. His crew were efficient and completed a large roof in 3 days. Also, Yuriys quote was much more reasonable than the one I received from another large well known roofing company. Requested a quote and Yuriy came out the next day. He provided a detailed quotation on the spot. He also left a sampler board to allow us to chose the colour of shingles. I had to arrange for solar panels to be removed by another contractor first. When I informed Bozhena in the office that we were ready she said it would be scheduled to be done when the rain ended. On Friday when rain was not in the forecast, The said they would do it Saturday and finish it on Monday. They came early Saturday morning and finished the roof area where the solar panels were so I could arrange for the panels to be reinstalled. Monday the roof was completed for the cost quoted. Excellent job at protecting the plants and trees and clean up afterwords.
