These guys are amazing we had an emergency water ingress in our new home from an early bc storm. They came right away and repaired more then we previously estimated due to a previous poor builder contractor very expensif renovation. They were very professional, honest,hard working crew. Thank God that we found the right persons to repair the caulking problem in our bathroom. Leo and George were punctual as promised. We got way more than we paid for the service. It was the problem in the bottom part of the shower. They fixed the problem. They also caulked all the edges in the shower. We asked them to do a touch up on the missing caulking on the counter top. They took off all the old caulking and replaced it with a new caulking without additional charge. They did an excellent clean up job and took away the garbage. This is something that we have not experienced before. They checked every single part to make sure that the job was perfectly done. They are professional, detailed minded and care about customers. They have a high respect for their customers. Highly recommend Leo and George.

After searching the internet and trying to find a home improvement type business that would consider doing smaller residential projects, we came across the Next Level Caulking website. Since the type of job that we wanted done was a removal of old caulking and a full re-caulking of our bathroom (bathtub, toilet, sink, baseboards), we took a look at all of the finished project photos on their website and were impressed with the workmanship. We hired Next Level Caulking and couldn't be happier with the results. We'd recommend them to anyone - without hesitation.

My wife and I had Next Level Caulking do several projects over the years. Each project consisted of caulking work around the kitchen, bathrooms, windows and sliding patio doors. Each job was done really well. No excess caulking, no run-offs... just straight lines of caulk. Each project was done on time and on budget... would use him again and would recommend him to family and friends. We have already used his services twice.

We had some horrible and the wrong colour caulking in our washroom. Leo came in and fixed it all up for us. We understand this was a smaller scale job than he does compared to his condo contracts so we appreciate his time.
